They never returned phone calls, the management was never around, and employees did not keep promises made to help. There is no care or concern after the sale for existing customers. I recommend finding a company with better customer service.

We were pleased with them. They were excellent. It took them seven hours to set them all up. They put up the garage in about six hours, and they set up the sheds on the pads we prepared in about thirty minutes each. They were part of a package and there's no charge for running them in. The two gardening sheds and a garage costed under $11,000; one shed was $3,200 and the other was $3,600. The price was excellent; we checked all over and it's the best quality and the best warranty.
Description of Work: Eagle Carports, Inc. set up our garage. They brought the two gardening sheds in on a trailer and set them up on the foundation we prepared.

The crew finally showed up and installed the carport almost two months after I paid the deposit. The carport is very nice and the work was completed in less than two hours. The installaion crew was friendly and not all spoke English, but I hav eno complaints on their work. My biggest beef was the time it took from March until May to get the job completed.
Description of Work: Eagle Carports is headquartered in Virginia, but has convinced several businesses locally to allow them to build metal carports on their property as advertisement for their product and service. I ordered my carport at Linn Brothers Auto in Greenwood, La. on March 18, 2011 and today is April 26, 2011, and I still don't have a carport. I had an appointment with the company about two weeks after I purchased a carport and they called the day before saying the contractor's truck broke down and they would call to reschedule. So far, they have not done so. I contacted the company and they set another appointment to come out on Friday, April 22, and did not show up or call at all. I left a message with them asking for an explanation and never received a return call of explanation. I took my receipt to Linn Brothers to inquire if they had similar problems and they got on the phone and were put on hold for about five minutes before a person identified as "Sarah" said they would call me "tomorrow" and reschedule. The man at Linn Brothers told her, with me standing there, that they didn't even know my name so how could they call to reschedule? She did have my name on file as the only client in my town on their list, so it wasn't that they were stormed under with business. Linn Brothers personnel apologized for the delay and handled what they could in a professional manner, but the home office for Eagle Carports seems very disorganized and unprofessional. I do understand that my second date for the appointment was on Good Friday, but the lady i talked to promised me the work would be done on that day. Instead, their office was closed and I had to leave a voicemail for them to call me back, which they never did. Fortunately, I only paid Linn Brothers 10 percent fo the total cost as down payment. I want to clarify that Linn Brothers is only acting as a local outlet for Eagle Carports and has worked with me in a very professional manner trying to get the problem solved.
