I got Fred's name from the local thrifty nickle and he had built a out building for me in the past. We drew up contracts for the work, I paid up front, and Fred and his sons started the work. In the course of our remodeling project all of the siding they put up has had to be removed and re done because it was not attached properly. the back porch is still not screened in. the windows are not properly installed with no insulation letting the cold air into the house. the front door was put on backwards, the back doors don't open all the way, there is no flashing around the chimney, and the soffets are not sealed off either. I have contacted the attorney general and the BBB to let them know what is going on. I have tried to contact Fred and work with him to get these issues corrected. Now he just avoids me and my house is in shambles. Stay away from this man and his sons, don't give him a cent for his poor quality work!
Description of Work: Nearly a year a go we started a project with Fred. I had saved up enough for a new roof, siding, windows, doors, screening in my porch and redoing my front porch.
