Everyone was easy to work with. The crew was very pleasant and hard-working, and their leader, Dave was great. Ken was kind to include a few extra details in the agreed price. My only concern was that the working procedures with the mold seemed a little lax . I expected the materials to be bagged up in airtight plastic, but they were just piled loose into their van.I thought the room would be sealed off from everything. The way upstairs was sealed off with plastic, but the door downstairs was simply open into the garage, which had its large door open and a machine blowing out the air from there. But on the whole we were very pleased.

I had such a great experience with these guys. I quite a bit of mold in the crawlspace of my home from all of the rain we have had recently and they came out and took care of it. I had prices from multiple places and AdvantaClean was by FAR the most reasonable price (one price was 30k more expensive - Seriously, if this isn't reason enough to get multiple quotes I don't know what is!!). Ken came out and discussed the issues and everything that i needed and then Nate and the team that came out to do the remediation were respectful and professional. I will definitely use these guys again if I ever run into a similar issue.

Nathan and his crew were very professional and quick. They went above and beyond to make sure all the lint was removed and the fire hazard was removed.

Although he sent a work crew, Ken, the owner of the business, came out personally at the start of the job to meet with me and make sure the crew knew just what to do. He then followed up with me and was very responsive to further questions I had.

Ken did a great job of helping me decide what level of service I needed.

Brian and Nathan came out to clean the air ducts in our 30 year old mountain vacation rental. This house has been in the family since it was built and we know it had been infested by mice, black flies, camel crickets and ants to name a few. It also had a mildew problem. During the duct cleaning Nathan and Brian created a vacuum seal on each flex duct in the house and you would be amazed at what came out of out ducts. We were watching them work at one point when a big CLANK hit the vacuum and clogged it. They had to take the vacuum apart to clear the clog and found a petrified mouse. That came out of the duct. After cleaning all of the ducts we could definitely feel the air coming out with more force and hopefully we will be able to tell how much more efficient our heating and air system becomes in, hopefully, a cost savings on our electric and gas bill. Brian and Nathan were very professional and just really good guys. They explained things to us as they worked and didn't mind us watching. If your house is 10 or more years old I would suggest getting your ducts cleaned by these guys. you will see and feel the difference.

They were on time, polite and thorough. The technicians even put down a covering to protect our flooring while they worked. AdvantaClean removed the mold in an investment property for us and performed an air duct cleaning, as well. Great job!

Ken and his team do great work and are very customer conscious. I would recommend them highly for duck cleaning or any type restoration services.
