+ -1 moreThey damaged my walls and over-charged me. If you use this service (which I do NOT recommend), check the invoice before you pay. They charged $119 for their "Special Promo! 3 Rooms for $99" with no explanation. And ask the technician to use the corner protectors *before* they drag the hoses against the corners of your home. The Bio Topical (an $80/rm up-charge) was not worth the extra expense.

When tech arrived we explained the issue of the pet stains and smell and were given a hard sell on the enzyme treatment for the entire house and that we were going to be given a great discount. Upon completion the smell was actually worse. When the tech returned we were lectured on that the enzyme treatment will just bring the smell to the surface and that we needed to do the deep extraction to get it out. Please in the future just let your customers know what is needed and less discussion about it.

+ 0 moreVery well, they were friendly professional and worked quickly. They were respectful of my concerns for my parents risk of falls. Their work is very good, even for very old stained worn carpet. I was very surprised at how well my parents carpets looked. They dry fast and look and smell clean. I highly recommend this company
Description of Work: we have had all of our carpets cleaned and a wool valuable orientalist rug. They were great. They took the oriental rug with them because they said it had to be cleaned differently and they needed to dry it so it didn’t lose shape. The carpets and the rug turned out beautiful and the price was outstanding. I had my parents home done by them as well. My parents were elderly and their carpets old. It was important that the carpets dried quickly so there would be no chance of a fall. The carpets turned out well and dried astonishing fast. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!!!

+ -1 moreThey were good. They did the job they were paid to do. It was hard to get some spots out. I should have called within a week of the spot getting there and maybe they could have gotten it out. They left the area clean. They did everything well.
Description of Work: Steamed the carpet. Put down starch guard. Because I have pets they put down something so that if my pets have an accident it will come up easily. They gave me a spot cleaner.

Description of Work: Shampooing of all carpets in a pet household. Could not use regular chemical carpet cleaning techniques because I had an elderly mother with respiratory issues. Carpets were pre-treated and cleaned, and all spots came out. Carpets were barely damp at end of cleaning and extraction, and furniture had shims placed under to protect wood. No odors afterward and could walk on carpet in w hours. Great job!
