We hired Wayne builders to finish the room above our garage (added a bedroom) and to finish our attic space (added a half bath and large open space for play room/living room space). We had never done a renovation/upgrade before and were nervous as we got started. We had multiple contractors in to provide estimates. Wayne returned multiple times with different subs to look be sure all areas were covered appropriately in the estimate process. This gave us a sense that he truly cared about us, our home and the finished product he would present to us. From contract signing to job completion Wayne’s communication and timing were spot on. All of the subs he utilized were professional, took care around our home and did great work. Wayne checked daily in completion of the subs work. His contracted price was on the money (even with some upgrades/changes we made through the process) and we couldn’t have been happier with the end result. We would recommend Wayne Builders to family, friends and neighbors. He turned what began for us as a nerve wracking decision into an experience we couldn’t have been happier with. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we look forward to working with him in projects in the future!

We hired Wayne Builders to finish our 3rd floor with a living room, bedroom, and full bath, along with ample storage. He was recommended to us by multiple of our neighbors. I wanted a specific layout and he understood our needs. Wayne was a pleasure to work with through the entire process and I would recommend and hire him again. As someone interested in design elements, he captured our vision perfectly and was extremely thorough and professional along the way. He sent weekly emails of the work to be done in the following week, which was very appreciated. Our project went smoothly and stayed within the time frame he had anticipated, and within the budget he had estimated. His crews are extremely reliable and professional as well, and I was impressed with Wayne’s ability to organize specific crews in an order that always kept the project going in a timely manner. Additionally when he opened up the walls to add plumbing we saw an opportunity to create a storage closet in our pantry, and he was able to add that on. Finally, he left our house in better condition than he found it - he even fixed the finish on our staircase that had been ruined by my family a year ago (something that he pointed out to us). If you are considering using Wayne, don’t hesitate - he delivers quality and consistent work and does not cut corners. He is a friendly face and personality we will miss seeing around!

As a growing family, we were on the fence about moving to a larger house. Instead, Wayne delivered on our vision to make our home just as we wanted it. We looked at several contractors for our project, which included finishing a walk-up attic and building a screened in porch and deck, and found Wayne Builders to be competitive and extremely knowledgeable on code and building requirements. The projects were completed in a timely matter, especially while dealing with the complexities of COVID on supplies and labor. During the process, Wayne was consistent with his communication and often providing a schedule of what we would expect to be completed for the week ahead. We are very pleased with the results. Our attic was finished into a functional office space with gorgeous built in shelves. Additionally, our new screened in porch has transformed our house and backyard with a relaxing and comfortable space for our family to enjoy. Wayne paid attention to the details and executed. We hope to work with Wayne again on future projects.

Wayne and his team of contractors did an amazing job of transforming our 20 year old tiny, ordinary shower to a spacious, spa-like shower that is just beautiful. Wayne was highly professional and thorough from day one all the way to the completion of our project. He set expectations perfectly and communicated with us continuously so we understood where we were in the process and what to expect next. Wayne was absolutely wonderful to work with and very professional. Quote was ready quickly and priced reasonably & accurately as the job was completed on budget. The quality of the work (drywall, trim, painting, flooring, cabinetry) was excellent. Wayne communicated daily about what the schedule was, came by to check on any contractors, and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. Would absolutely use this company again for home repairs or remodeling that we would need.
