Even being a general cleaning, I was impressed with how well everything was done!

I don't know a better way to say this other than, WOW! These guys have a client for as long as i live in this area! I wish I would have known about them to get our new home ready for move in because the job they did on our move out at the house we were leaving was pristine.. wow! It was short notice but they didn't blink and were so kind to accommodate us. They are very reasonably priced especially for the quality of work you get! The floors were spotless, the refrigerator and oven looked brand new, the bathrooms were perfect! They didn't cut corners and honestly that is very rare to find in a business now days. I'm so very happy to have found them and I highly, HIGHLY recommend them!

It looked fine for the most part. The bathroom sink in the hallway upstairs was not cleaned, there was still gunk in the sink and the faucet was still dirty. There were footprints all over the hardwood floors downstairs, it could have been cleaner. There was still animal fur along the baseboards as well, a bit more attention to detail would have been nice. For cleaning an empty house I feel a better job could have been done.

Setup biweekly housekeeping services, showed up first week, never showed up again. I’ve left voicemails with no responses on answering machine.

Diego and his crew did an amazing job cleaning our house on short notice and adjusting to several changes on our end because of complications we encountered with closing. Their attention to detail an responsiveness was better than most of the larger "chain" cleaners we have used in the past. We are only disappointed that we didn't find the Triangle Cleaning Professionals before we moved away.

Diego Arias and his team were one of the best cleaning companies we have had the pleasure to work with. We have 2,600 sf home and they did a top-to-bottom clean with a 5 person team in about an hour and a half. Our looks better than when we bought it!!!

The Triangle Cleaning team was able to deep clean my house in two hours and it was worth every penny! I was able to schedule a much needed deep clean very quickly and had a team at my house in two days. When the team came we talked about any areas that needed more attention and everything was spotless when finished. The team of three worked quickly and efficiently and I was very happy with their work. I paid for the service as soon as it was completed and tipped the team in cash. I worked with Melissa and she was professional and courteous.

GREAT!!! I have used this service for about 5 years now and every time they come they are always cheerful and friendly and on time. They work fast and thoroughly. They pick up and fold things. They dust all surfaces and take out the trash. Clean all 3 bathrooms thoroughly. They do dishes if any need washed. Clean the microwave and wipe down the appliances. She moves everything on the counters and cleans and shines the counters. She cleans the stove top and back. Sweeps and scrubs all the tile floors. Vacuums all carpets. Cleans the front door glass and the patio glass door - inside and out. They do just about everything. If you want something special done like the woodwork or disinfected after a sickness just ask and they will do it. They are very reasonably priced too. NO COMPLAINTS.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The owner was very pleasant and friendly. As I described the work, he explained it to his workers. As I did not have a lot of critical work planned, I asked the owner if I could assign other tasks as necessary to fill the hour. He approved and said that if I needed to go over that hour, we could bill at half hour increments. His people finished in 25 minutes and packed up their things and began to exit my home. I stopped them and asked them to finish the hour with light dusting/polishing. THEY REFUSED. I called their manager to request the additional work. They continued RELUCTANTLY because of HIS conversation with the lead worker. I paid the worker with a check immediately when the 60 minutes was complete and have tried contacting the owner 3 times to talk about this service (phone, email). I asked him to talk to me prior to posting my review because I could not HONESTLY review his service without telling the truth. I was hoping for SOME KIND OF EXPLANATION (new workers, bad day, something!) Not only has he NOT responded, but I was sent an INVOICE - to double-bill me for the work performed. UNBELIEVABLE.

Cleaning crew often did not show up on the designated day or did not notify which day the services would be performed. Vacuuming was done, but only in the center of each office and lobby area. Cleaning of desk surfaces were sometimes left in a smeared state. Dusting was minimal ( we still had cobwebs hanging in corners and on furniture legs). At times trash cans were emptied, but trash bags were not replaced. The bathroom was generally the only room that was thoroughly cleaned.

The services provided were above what I expected! They organized things I didn't expect them to organize, loaded the dishwasher, cleaned baseboards, and ceiling fans. I will use them again!

It went really well. It was a privilege having the 3 cleaners come into our home. We really enjoyed their presence and the quality of work they performed. i have never seen my oven and basement shower so clean. I walked around taking pictures so I could send to my girlfriends. I am more than satisfied and it's like the energy in my home changed after receiving their services. i will definitely be using Triangle Professional Services again in the near future.

In general the cleaning was acceptable, but shortly after they left I noticed the emblems and trademark were partially scrubbed off our Bosch 5 burner stove-top. At this point I handed it over to my wife to deal with and she called and emailed the company. They were sent pictures and said they would take care of the issue. It is now the end of May 2017 a full 5 months going on 6 since this happened and still no resolution. I have searched for decals and ended up calling Bosch to ultimately be told there are no emblem decals for the burner dials or Bosch logo. The emblems and logo are painted on the stainless steel as part of the manufacturing process...GREAT...now I am stuck...these people obviously have "NOT MINE SYNDROME"...they do not care about your stuff and as such you cannot trust them cleaning your stuff correctly...Stay away...far away!

Very well. Kitchen was cleaned very well. Including Refrigerator, stove top .

They did an excellent and thorough job. Three ladies worked for about 2-1/2 hours and everything was cleaned well. They were a little late but that was understandable since my house sometimes does not show up on map apps and this was the first time they had come to our house. But they sent an email reminder the day before and a text when they were on the way, so that was helpful. They even cleaned our screened in porch, which was unexpected. We will definitely use them again.

Employees were thorough, efficient and courteous.

We have used Triangle Cleaning Professionals for years and they do a good job for us. Also, they are always willing to work with our schedule which we really appreciate. I would highly recommend them.

unbelievably well!!! super responsive and punctual. plus, so open to having a dialogue about what would really work around our budget and seemed flexible.

The owner was very responsive and was able to book our request in a short notice. I'm happy that the cleaning team was able to work around us as we weren't completely moved out. However, I wasn't happy about the overall cleanliness. The kitchen floor was not cleaned properly as there were stains left on the grout and I had to go back and clean the floor. I didn't see a mop and bucket so I assume they just wiped it down. I told the owner that we had a cathedral ceiling fan which he said they could clean, they did not clean it. Lastly, I had to ask the cleaners to clean the smudges left on the doors around the door knobs(front and back) and other areas of the door trim and thresholds. They didn't do it well and I had to go back and clean those areas as well. There was definitely a bit of a language barrier, I'm not sure if the cleaners really understood what I was asking. Any way, I was stressed out to begin with and having to redo some of the cleaning wasn't something I had planned to do.

They did an excellent job with everything. My only complaint would be the dusting in my basement, it was not dusted thoroughly enough. The cleaners were very friendly and polite and the company provided great customer service, i would hire again.

Overall, the cleaning performed was very good. However, there were a few areas that were not cleaned to our satisfaction. - Furniture in lower (basement) level was not dusted. - Stairs were not vacuumed very well. There is a lot of dog hair in the corners/edges. - Shower in Master Bath still has some mold/mildew in a few areas. We would like for you to come back to clean these areas more thoroughly.
