Bruce was timely and thorough when he was at our house to see the job and prepare the estimate. He quoted the price and explained the job would take two days. The crew showed up as expected on the first day. On the second day, we were told that there had been some miscommunication and work would require another half day to complete. We agreed that the tiler would return on Saturday morning to finish the job. On Sat morning, we received another call to tell us that they did not have the grout color we requested and therefore the remaining work needed to be rescheduled to Monday. The crew arrived on Monday and finished the job. Unfortunately, the new floor grout still does not match the older tub grout after the weekend delay to get the right color. And, for some reason, they used white caulk on the shoe molding of the maple vanity making it stick out like a sore thumb.

This was my 2nd time using The Grout Medic, and they did a great job. I had a walk-in shower steam-cleaned, and the grout re-sealed and re-caulked. Cameron called to let me know when he was on the way, and was friendly and professional. He explained what was being done before he started working, and left everything clean when he finished. The grout looks great, and I would definitely use The Grout Medic again!

Company came out to look at the job. Gave estimate that helday true and was very helpful in even moving the old washing machine out of the room to start the job. The job was done in a day as promised and worked out really well.

It went great! Cris and Jay did a fantastic job! They were professional, friendly and efficient. All the tile now looks amazing, like brand new. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends, and I'm so glad they're coming back later to do a larger project on my master bathroom. Thank you!!

The technician called to confirm his arrival time and showed up in professional attire ready to complete the job. Jim did a great job, working independently through lunch, to complete the grout work. He reviewed each step with me and pointed out items of interest for future reference. He cleaned up behind him and left no trace that he was there. Jim went above and beyond to ensure our the project was a success. Thanks Jim!

Our echnician, Jason was fantastic. He was very professional and did an excellent job. We had gotten three estimates. Grout Medic was more expensive, but their knowledge of the problem and ability to complete the job was well worth the extra money. In the long run, they saved us money and future problems. A very quality company. Excellent customer service from the person answering the phone to Greg who gave us an estimate (he was very thorough) to the technician, Jason. We highly recommend them and would use them again.

Rick, Jason and Conron were professional and polite. They arrived on time and explained in clear terms what work they will be doing. A couple of hours later, I was called upstairs because the color I have previously selected with the estimator seemed too bright and the team has painted a small sample for me to confirm I still wanted that color. It was a good call, and I agreed that the color was not right, and Rick went back to his office to get two more colors, and we ended up choosing one of those. I really appreciated how thoughtful it was to check with me prior to completing the job. I'm very happy with how my bathroom turned out and can't wait to have them back for the remaining two bathrooms.

I was happy to find this company after not really knowing where to go for the issue we were having. We had a leak in our shower enclosure that was causing water to go behind the wall outside of the shower and into the floor. We had signs of mold growth and wood damage to the baseboards. After calling in a mold expert and a plumber they basically told me that I just needed to re-caulk the shower but neither would offer the service. While I have caulked myself in the past, I wanted to ensure the job was done right. Grout medic turned out to be the company that could offer this solution. Greg came out to give an estimate within a day of calling (appreciate the admin who answered my call and juggled the schedule to get someone out quickly so we could get back in our shower ASAP). Greg was very professional and offered up various solutions at different price points and clearly explained pros and cons of each. We opted for a complete removal/cleaning/re-caulking of the enclosure because we felt the leak was coming out of the joints of the enclosure and they probably were not properly caulked and it's impossible to caulk them correctly without taking the enclosure down and doing it right. Cris and Kai were the techs that showed up a few days later to do the work. Both were very polite, professional and explained the work they would be doing. They completed the process in about 3.5 hours which included a lunch break. Cris kept me informed during the process to show me what they were doing and pointed out that there was barely any caulk in the joint (what we assumed). He spoke with confidence that they would be able to fix this issue and we should not see any more leaks. The quality of the caulk job was very good and I appreciated that they had colored caulk options to match my tile grout in the shower that I could not find by just going to Lowes or Home Depot. Definitely a much nicer job than I would be able to do myself. The only downside is after they left I noticed that they installed the side panel piece of the shower enclosure upside down. It is not a huge issue as the piece seems to be universal and could be installed either way - but now the label that it etched into the glass is up at the top and upside down vs. right-side up and at the bottom of the enclosure as it used to be. That little lack of attention to detail is why I can't give an excellent rating. I also am pointing it out in case another user reads this review and has the same service - something to look out for and make sure they put the shower back the way they found it. Pricing is also high - $460 for what turned out to be about 2.5 hours of work (they took a lunch break) is really high for caulking. I am sure I could have had a painter do this for much less but they probably would have not taken apart the enclosure and this is really what I felt was needed to fix the issue properly. Initially we were planning to do this work ourselves so we also removed a lot of the caulk (about 60% of it) for them prior to calling them - so I am sure this is also what expedited the process for them - but it would have been nice to get a bit more of a discount since we did so much of the pre-prep work for them. I was told it would be a 4 or 5 hour job when it was estimated to which the price of $460 sounded a bit more reasonable. They do a lot more than caulking of course - they mainly do tile work (repair, clean, etc...). I can't complain about the professionalism and they were all very pleasant to work with - so odds are that if I need tile work in the future, I will give them a call.

The work went great. Three bathrooms and our kitchen were completed in about 7 hours with two great young men working. Cris and Kai were so professional. The work areas were left in great condition, and we were given good directions about how and when the areas could be walked upon.

Both Bruce and Greg were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

Given the expectation for a small job that turned out to be more major work, it went well. All the technicians understood the work that was to be done and it was completed in straightforward fashion. I was impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, and responsibility. Greg did a majority of the reconstruction of the shower and was easy to work with, answering all of my questions and keeping me appraised of the progress of the work. Jim also did a great deal of the finishing work and certainly made the area shine. They were assisted by Chris, Jason, and Rick, who all seemed to work together well and kept the work flowing. I also spoke to Melanie in the office several times and she was very helpful when I had questions about scheduling and the bill.

Cris and Cam were great, they were very professional and clean and dog friendly (I have 4 dogs and 4 cats). The shower enclosure looks like new. They were timely and efficient.

Chris and Kai were outstanding. They arrived on time, explained the work that was scheduled, and started work. Floor and grout were cleaned and then the grout was colored sealed. The floor looks better than the day it was installed.

Greg (estimator) provided a detailed assessment of the items we needed to address. He promptly answered any questions we had regarding the assessment and work that needed to be done. Scheduling appointments with Melanie (office manager) was easy. __ We had two technicians provide our service, Cris and Kevin. Both arrived uniformed within the time window provided. Cris provided excellent customer service and went out of the way to make sure we were satisfied with his work. Kevin did a good job as well. Following completion of the job, Cris and Kevin gave me a walk through to make sure everything was satisfactory and provided information to properly maintain the grout/color seal. It was difficult to do a full walk through due to the grout needing to cured/dry. After they had left I noticed some cracks that I thought Greg had said they would fill but were missed. However, this is a relatively minor complaint. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work. ___ This review was completed on the date of service. I will update my review should anything change and depending on how long the grout/caulk/color seal last.

Excellent job! Had caulking, cleaning and sealing of grout in 3 bathrooms and laundry room. Rick, Chris, Kevin and Camron performed the work in one day including additional work I requested that same day. Everyone associated with Grout Medic is friendly, prompt, professional and courteous. I am a repeat Grout Medic user and have already recommended them to my neighbors!

Just as quoted, removed old grout, cleaned and left new caulking. Joints look clean and without smears.

Kevin and Chris arrived on time and did an excellent job in our bathroom. They were courteous and professional and cleaned up well. I would recommend them to others who need regrouting done.

Kevin and Cris showed up on time, were very professional and performed the work in a timely fashion. They were neat and cleaned up the area after they finished. They also answered my questions about cleaning the grout and were pleasant to deal with. This service is relatively expensive but I am pleased with the finished product. They use silicone caulk for the shower and countertops, which they explained would be shiny. It takes some getting used to as it always looks wet, which might bother some people. However, they did a very good job putting it on.

The company is very professional in their customer service. They answered the phone, made appointments which they kept to the minute and provide an estimate via email within hours. We had a telephone issue (our end) and they provided extra ways to contact them in case we could not get it resolved. The technician (Rick) showed up exactly on time and the job was done in the time they said it would take. He was very professional and pleasant and did a thorough and careful job. I wish all service companies were as easy to deal with as these folk are!

Did a good job repairing the short wall in my shower. There was significant damage to the structure under the tile. They repaired substructure along with the tile. I'm happy with the results. Also had other shower and the kitchen counter top grout/caulk repaired. Both look great.

I was very impressed with Jim as he did an outstanding job installing the shower pan, door and laying tile. He was very careful with his work , and thorough in all aspects of the job. He was easy to work with explaining details of the job, and any related benefit/impacts. I hope to have him back to do another job in the next couple of weeks. He is very skilled. Everyone I dealt with at Grout Medic was professional and helpful.

The bathroom tile looks brand new. The shower surround was removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. This made a considerable difference in how well the project turned out.
