We are delighted with the work done by the Grout Medic on our 26 year old master bathroom and guest bath, including removal of the old shower enclosure, replacing tiles, regrouting, chalking and cleaning. The bathrooms look new. Bruce was very knowledgeable in estimating, suggesting a great alternative to tiles on the top of the shower curb, thereby solving a longstanding problem. Jim, Jessy, and Raymond did excellent work. In addition to the attention to detail they showed, they left the house much cleaner than I expected by removing their shoes when they entered, cleaning up frequently during their work, and generally paying attention to limiting the significant dust produced by the work. Highly recommended!

The estimator, Greg, was very nice and helpful. The shower looks very nice. The first worker dropped his equipment several times going to an upstairs bathroom. I stayed in another room so did not see what he was carrying but could hear it. Upon inspection later, there are dents in my hardwood floor stairs and also in my bathroom tile floor. I didn't know the work would involve sanding or be so dirty, so needed to clean and dust good after the work was finished.

The technician, Jim, was punctual and did a good job on repairing our loose bathroom floor tiles. He was also professional and polite throughout the process. Very happy with his work and would hire again.

Very well...from initial estimate/appraisal by Greg to the actual labor provided by Jason & Jessy, everything went very well. The regrouting/caulking and sealing was very well done.

Basically our tile looked brand new after Cris and Eric cleaned it.

I called The Grout Medic based on positive reviews on Angie's List. I am pleased with the grout work they did in two showers at my house - the showers truly look like new! It's amazing. Cris and Cameron were on time, friendly, knowledgable, and did excellent work. Cris & Cameron - reviewed the contract with me before they started - explained the work they planned to do - estimated how long the project would take - called me in to see their progress and then again to see their finished work - left the work area spotlessly clean when they were finished - reviewed the warranty information with me before they left I was delighted and I would call them again based on the end result in both of my bathrooms. I did have one issue that needed to be addressed after the work was complete, and it was fully covered in my warranty. I notified The Grout Medic 2 days after the completion of their work (once caulk/sealants had dried for 48 hrs and I used the shower for the first time), yet it took 11 days for them to send someone out to resolve the issue. I understood that they had employees committed to other jobs during that time, but I would've appreciated a faster response given that they had my full payment and that I was not able to use my shower until the problem was resolved. I will definitely use this company in the future - their results are amazing and their grout specialists are top-notch - but I will wait to make any final project payments until after I've used the bathrooms in which tile/grout work has been done. (With work of this nature, there is a waiting period of 24 - 48 hrs during which caulk/sealants must dry).

These guys made our tile and grout look brand new. They matched the color of the existing grout perfectly. They were extremely pleasant. Jennifer is a wonderful office manager and very friendly and responsive. I am very impressed with this company. Their fees are super reasonable.

Since they have great reviews, I chose to go with them even though they are little pricey. At the time of estimate, I talked about 1" extension on the front of the tub. It can be seen in the attached initial bill here. On the day of work, Bruce and John were there. I talked about the extension to him and the design I shared with Greg. He said, there would be additional charge for it. He did not discuss cost with me. But just to be safe, I asked for additional cost. I was told $225. I felt it was not worth it and didn't want to go with it. Bruce was like he had already purchased the material. I was not happy, but being in middle of things, agreed to it. Around 3.30pm, John left saying he had to go and work at some other place. Tried to be accommodating, thinking work would get done next day. Next day, no one showed up. Called office. No one picked the phone. Left voicemail. Called Greg, salesperson. He too did not follow up. Finally called again around 1pm or so, and that's when I find out they had nothing scheduled for me. I was upset as I was waiting to get my work done. Finally they send John around 3.30pm to complete the work. He could not finish it. So work had to be followed up on third day. It took three days to do tiling. Above that, I had to explain the design I wanted. Towards end, installed did patch work. See attached picture. I had spent so much time, money and tiles to get things done. I called Bruce to get it corrected - something you don't expect to go through with professionals. On final day, neither Greg nor Bruce showed up on final day of payment. Instead Melanie shows up with final bill. I tried discussing the extra charge of $255 by measuring the width of the tub. She said she knew nothing about the measurements. I was so much done with them, that I paid the money. Later realized, they had changed the work description - "scab on a 1" furring strip on front of 2 by 4S on Front of tub" to scab in a 3/4" to 1" furring strip on front of 2 by 4s on front of tub". See the attached photo of the bill. There is charge for $255 instead of $225 for 2 1/4" for additional work. That was not there. Brought it to Melanie's attention and asked for refund, which she refused to address. Work ethics - I had to provide blanket and duct tape to protect my tub as tiles were being removed. The installed ran in and out making shoe marks on the carpet. I had to ask him to rub his shoes on rug before climbing on stairs. Cement board work - watch how it was done. Very disappointed with their workmanship there. They glued some tiles to dry wall - not focused on quality work. No respect for customer's time and money. Above that they were okay taking money for work they did not do.

Jim was the installer and did an excellent job. He paid attention to detail and was responsive to our needs. We'd recommend Grout Medic to any of our family and friends.

The process from estimate to work completed was seamless. Everyone was very clear about the work planned and how it would be completed. The day of my appointment they had a lot of technicians out sick and asked to reschedule. When I let them know I couldn't reschedule for several months, they worked to get a technician and Rick arrived at my home less than an hour after the appointment time. I really appreciate that they worked it out so fast. Rick was great! The work was done in about 6 hours. The caulk and grout work was neat and tidy and looked better than the original tile job. I will definitely use them again.

We needed to have the floor in our master bath shower re-pitched and re-tiled. We also needed tile installed in a 2nd floor bathroom that had a vinyl floor. Jim, who installed our tile, was punctual each day. He was as quiet as possible and gave us an update as required. His work was wonderful!

Great! Cris was outstanding! Arrived on time and left areas cleaner than he found them. His work was meticulous and looks great. He carefully went over what to expect and what to do if there are leaks in the shower. Highly recommend!!

Greg was on time and professional for the estimate. Jay was on time for the scheduled work. Jay did a great job regrouting the kitchen and sealing the tile line next to two bathroom tubs. Everything was done on time and with high quality.

Wonderful!! Cris and Jason were extremely professional, friendly, and their work was excellent. Our shower looks brand new. No cleanup was necessary because they did it all. We would highly recommend them.

They were a little late due to supplier of grout and they were there all day closed in the bathroom. No breaks, except lunch, and I worried about them. They worked hard all day.

I can't say enough about the great customer service that was provided by Greg (person giving quotes and setting up appointments) and Cris and Kai (the techs that did the work today). The quality of work was awesome and their personalities were great!

Great experience, Bruce came out and provided an estimate and the following week Cris, Kevin and Kai knocked it out. They did a great job, cleaned up nicely afterwards and was very professional.. Will be leveraging them for further services in the coming months.

Everything looks like new again! Greg provided a fair estimate quickly and answered my many questions patiently. Cris and Cam were wonderful on-site. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly and did the work perfectly. They also showed true integrity and stopped part of the project when it became clear there were bigger issues with my kitchen floor than ugly grout. They could have just continued and I would have been none the wiser until probably a year down the road. But they did what was right instead, so I will always be a customer of The Grout Medic.
