Description of Work: Shower seat top had popped up. Greg removed top tiles (without breaking them)down to the wood. Replaced cement board and reset tiles with proper slope. Removed existing grout and/or caulk and recaulked all seams inside shower and out. Removed existing grout and/or caulk then recaulked seams around garden tub. Greg came out and gave us the estimate and then actually came out and did the work. He was very polite, professional, timely, knowledgeable and kept the work area neat and clean. We are now able to use our shower again - Yeah!!!!! We will definitely use Greg again for any future tile needs! Highly recommend!!

Description of Work: We contacted this company to re-grout 3 bathrooms and a foyer in a 10 year old house we are getting ready to sell. Totally professional experience from initial detailed estimate to final handshake when they were done. They promised that they'd make the bathrooms look like new and they did and they do. Our team was Jason, Cris and Kevin and they did a fantastic job! Clearly took pride in what they did. Wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They replaced 7 tiles in our master bath. The original tiles were cracked. While they were here, I asked the. To clean the tiles in a small hall bath. |They called before arriving to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. The cracked tiles were replaced and the grout fixed. The small bath tiles were also cleaned and everything looked great. |This company has done grout work for me before and always done a great job!

Description of Work: Bruce Lane was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating since because of health issues we had to reschedule the work. Cris and Greg did superb work in re-grouting and caulking our bathrooms and kitchen and in stripping and re-grouting one of the bathroom floors and re-grouting the shower. They worked very hard, and it looks like a new bathroom. We give them our highest recommendation and are grateful to them for the work they did.

Description of Work: Completely re-grouted the tile in our walk-in shower and put all new caulking. Had to take off the shower door and hardware and cleaned everything up and replaced door. Very satisfied with the work. It took 3 1/2 hours to complete the job. Tile looks new again.
