Old Tile was removed and new tile was installed well. Sink Plumbing was removed before and after.

Great! They were very professional, didn't get irritated with all my questions. They showed up on time and called ahead for the onsite quote and installation. I re-grouted our other tile shower and made a very big mess with white dust everywhere. The Grout Medic was onsite one day and when they left it looked like I had a new bathroom. This is now several months later, we are very pleased and would highly recommend for any of your tile work.

Great customer service! From the time of the estimate to the install of the tiles, everything went smoothly. Cris showed up early on the day of install and his attention to detail on everything was spot on. Couldn't have asked for a better job!

It could NOT have gone any better. I am a fairly obsessive-compulsive person with high standards for work done on my house. I also am the owner of a small company that works hard at trying to provide the very best customer service possible. I found the Estimator and the Installer from The Grout Medic to be extremely professional, competent, and friendly. I interacted for a fair amount of time with the Installer and I can tell you he was a "gem" in every sense of the word. He did the work extremely well, he was proud of it, he cleaned up afterward, and smiled the entire time.

It was completed in two days and the quality was fantastic! Would hire again!

They did an amazing job. The workers, Jim and Kevin, went above and beyond what I expected. They made sure I knew exactly what they would be doing, when they would need to go in and out of the house and made sure I was comfortable with it all. They were great.

Excellent customer service and workmanship! We had an emergency family situation that caused us to leave Raleigh on July 4, the day before the work was to be performed. I spoke with Greg and he was great, even though it had to mess up their work schedule (which he never mentioned). We returned in August and Greg scheduled the work to fit within our over-scheduled plans. The work was done promptly and it looks excellent. Grout and caulk lines are straight and uniform. Tiles were cleaned as promised. We had the master shower and floor work done by ANOTHER local company about 4 years ago and it never looked right. This time it looks the way it should.....neat and upscale!! I highly recommend The Grout Medic!

Could not be more satisfied from beginning to end

The Grout Medic provides written estimate with a detailed list of work to be completed along with options and alternatives. Scheduling was quick and easy. The rep Jim showed up on time and reviewed the work to be done. Jim also kept us informed of issues and problems, like in one shower the mud bed was brittle so we decided to change and retile the floor instead of just replacing several broken tiles. The master shower was re-grouted and shower enclosure was removed, cleaned and reinstalled and sealed and had no problems. Both showers were completed on time and within the estimate provided. Both showers look great and we will use The Grout Medic in the future.

Great experience. Communication with everyone involved was easy. They are very responsive. Cris was the man who actually did the work and he was amazing. The final product is precise and looks great. Cris did an amazing job and left everything in pristine condition.

Chris and Graham, the two techs that did the work answered all my questions. They were both efficient and professional, and cleaned up thoroughly after they finished. I would recommend the Grout Medic to anyone that needs similar work as well as Chris and Graham.

I was very satisfied with my experience with The Grout Medic. From the estimate through the final work I found them to be thoroughly professional and easy to work with. Jim, their main technician on our project, did an expert job with the grouting, and also walked us through everything he was doing, as well as answering any questions we had. By the time they were done all four rooms looked like the builder had just finished with them, which is exactly what we were looking for.

From the estimate provided Bruce Lane to the work done by Lee Williams and Grant this was a very pleasant experience! Lee did an exceptional job of returning our shower to new again! I highly recommend these Grout Medic guys!

Jim Reina was the main person on the job. He was always professional, courteous and quiet. He kept us informed about what he was doing, and he was prompt and efficient. Jim is very knowledgeable about tile and grout and instructed us on the proper care of the shower and floor following his work. We are still allowing the grout and caulking to dry and cure (we expect to begin using the shower again this week) but it looks fantastic! We do not expect to have any further problems with the shower, but in the event we have an issue, Grout Medic provides a warranty. The owner, Bruce, who evaluated what needed to be done and who provided the estimate, quickly saw what the problems were and provided us alternatives for addressing them. Of course we hope never to experience another problem like this in this or any future home, but if we do, we would call Grout Medic again.

Chris provided a courtesy call before arriving promptly at the scheduled time of 9am. He explained and showed me what he would be doing. All of the old grout and caulking was removed and replaced with the appropriate materials. Some caulking was used in areas requiring grout and Chris corrected the issues. The job was finished at 2:30pm and looked amazing. He was very professional and does great work. Highly recommended!!

Jim arrived on time the first day and introductions were done and he got right to work setting up the area and prepping the work area and then began removing the tiles, toilet, vanity and shower doors. He took special precaution not to damage other rooms while removing the debris. Job site was cleaned up before he left for the day. 2nd day arrived - Jim arrived on-time and removed remaining wall tiles and added cement board to shower walls, green board to bathroom walls. He taped all walls and skim coated the bathroom walls and then started to tile. Jim let me know that we were short on the décor tiles, however the work did not stop he continued to tile and use what we had while I ordered additional tiles. 3rd & 4th day - Jim arrived again on time (he is very punctual) and sanded down walls and continued setting tiles. Skim coated again on bathroom walls and cleaned up. 5th day - Another worker (Jason) arrived right on time and started grouting the tiles, changing the color on the floor grout. Because I was short on tiles, I had to schedule for Jim to return following week to complete the job. Tuesday of the following week and Jim arrived and completed tiling. He also discovered that the floor grout was not stained with correct color. Jason came back to do the remaining grout and correct the color of the floor tile. I would hire The Grout Medic again as they were very professional and punctual and work was completed to my satisfaction. I might add that the entire team was easy to work with, however Jim was a fantastic craftsman and took an uneven shower and walls and made it look fantastic. He is very professional and a delight to work with.

Jim showed up on time and did a great job. He took time to explain what he was doing and what material he would use and how long it would take. He answered all my questions and got to work and worked very hard until the job was complete. He did a great job.

Bruce sized the job in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Kevin did the grouting/caulking where necessary in a neat, professional manner. Both were very polite and neat appearing. My wife, the ultimate critic, is very pleased with the results.

These folks are professional from start to finish. We had a bathroom floor with a cracked tile and the grout had deteriorated and cracked. This was complicated by the floors being heated. Blaine came out and took the time needed to explain our options for repairing the floor and provided a verbal estimate. He also inspected the showers on the bathrooms and explained how they could fix the cracking calk around the tiles. We received the written estimate the next day as promised. One of the things that impressed us is the technicians are direct employees and not contractors. He seemed to have a genuine concern in his worker?s success. We choose the option of re bonding the tile floor. Because the floor is heated and our house is built on a slap it would have been very expensive to tear up the floor to replace the broken tiles. Jim, our technician arrived right on time and got directly to after a quick review of the work order. His work was neat and clean throughout the project. He worked efficiently and professionally. When Jim had completed his work we were amazed. You could not tell where the broken tile was. The grouting matches perfectly and the re-calking is clean and neat and very well done. The bathrooms look great! Jim did a great job for us with no fuss and no drama. He is clearly an experienced professional. I am very impressed with their entire team from Blaine (the owner) to the office staff that handled the communications and scheduling and especially Jim and his quality workmanship. If you need tile work done, these folk are first class.
