Description of Work: Called for appointment for onsite estimate. Bruce responded, set up a date and was on time, thorough and very knowledgeable and professional. We have not completed the project as of yet. We do plan to use Grout Medic to clean, reseal and repair as needed, grout in two bathrooms and kitchen area as soon as we reach this point in our project.

Description of Work: The workman came on time and was professional and polite. Our tile shower is 20 years old, and those many years of rusty well water took their toll. He completely cleaned the tile and grout of our large shower of rust and other mineral stains, removed the old grout and regrouted with a stain resistant, waterproof grout. Description of Work: Bruce came to our house a couple of times to discuss our needs and quotes. He was very accommodating with my work schedule, was very attentive to our needs, and was very honest in his recommendations. His crew was friendly, polite, professional, and they worked quickly and left no mess behind. We are thoroughly enjoying our new bathrooms (2 showers and one bath tub). I am also happy that Bruce accommodated my last minute request to recaulk my kitchen island and backsplash for very little cost. Bruce was very very responsive with my requests. I definitely recommend this company to everyone and will not hesitate to contact Bruce in the future.

Description of Work: Jim showed up promptly on schedule. Jim performed a resealing of the silicone, replacement and cleaning of the drain weep holes, sealant for the tile and general cleaning. The work was excellent and Jim's knowledge and attention to detail was comforting.

Remove and replace all damaged grout, apply color sealant to all grout to all good grout. Remove grout from around Hollow or Loose tile and inject rebond under tiles and install newgrout//REPLACE ONE TILE LEFT OF DOORWAY AS YOU WALK IN NEXT TO TUB Remove drain barrel and remove debris from weep holes, Vaccum out drain and trap, treat with mold spray.Clean service area// Spray to kill and remove mold and mildew if present. Apply caulk to all seams and thresholds. In large shower remove and replace drain barrel and remove debris from weep holes, Vaccum out drain and trap, treat with mold spray.

Description of Work: We needed a complete rework of all of our bathroom and kitchen grout. All of the work was as quoted and the quality is quite good. The technician was also exceptional and quite personable. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: From start to finish, the guys from grout medic were very professional - prompt, polite and respectful of my home. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Replace the backsplash tile in kitchen,take out the old tile, repair the walls put in new tile. It took about 2 1/2 days. Cost was a little high but they do excellent work. It came out great, would definitely have them again.

Description of Work: Complete cleaning, sealing, regrouting, and caulking of ceramic tile shower stall and 12x8 tile bath area floor. The technician assigned to this project, Chris Wells, was skilled in his work AND he is an excellent communicator. He explained exactly what he was going to do, what materials to be used and how many hours he expected to complete. He checked in with us along the way for our comment and agreement, finished on time and cleaned up beautifully.

Description of Work: Started as a re- grouting job and turned into repair of shower pan and water damage in floor joists. They then pointed out and removed the styrofoam used to form the bullnose edge of shower stall under the tile ......work poorly done by the previous remodelers. We would have them back immediately if needed.

Description of Work: The Grout Medic (owned by Bruce Lane) just left and they did a FANTASTIC job. I had a broken tile threshold at the entrance to my master bath. Bruce came out and looked at it to give me an estimate and while here checked the rest of my floor and found several tiles throughout the bathroom that were loose. They have a process that re-bonds the tiles to the floor without having to remove them. He gave me an estimate for replacing the threshold, re-bonding the tile to the floor, cleaning and resealing the floor (Travertine), coloring the grout so it all is uniform and sealing the grout. Greg showed up yesterday to begin the project and finished it today. He did a really great job and to be honest I think the floor looks better than it looked when it was brand new. My threshold was an odd size that we couldn't buy in the store but Greg took a larger piece and cut it and made it look perfect. I had a hard time deciding on the grout color but he and Bruce were very patient with me and gave me all my options without trying to rush me or force me into a choice. They kept saying they just wanted me to be happy and thanks to their patience I am very happy. The floor looks just like I wanted it to. Thanks Grout Medic for a job well done! I will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future.
