Team 14 from the Cleansing Authority did a great job cleaning our house this week. They were meticulous and very courteous. We would love for them to be our regular cleaning crew.

I think they do a fine job. They clean well and always leave an inventory of what they have done. When I check what they have done I am always pleased. They use a rotation system that works for me and my needs.

When reading reviews and speaking with the lady when I called for a quote, it seemed as if the owner was involved and I had hope to hire. On the initial call I was told either the owner or "Jennifer" would be out for the walk-through quote. This morning, I received a reminder call for the appointment. When I ask who would be out, because one should never let a stranger in the house, the female on the phone said it would either be Diana or Jennifer. When I asked about the owner, she said, "he doesn't do walk-throughs anymore because he travels." The discrepancy was my first red flag. A young lady named Diana arrived promptly. I had to ask her to take her dirty shoes off before walking through my home. Red flag number 2. I explained that I just had my home remodelled including refinishing my wood floors and installing brand new carpet throughout. I have concerns about cross contamination between homes, especially regarding bedbugs. I am also concerned about cleaning products and processes that might ruin my home. Diana expressed that she is new to quoting and could get Jennifer to answer my questions. She explained that she was one of the people that used to clean and explained the process. I told her that I am looking for a company to clean the way I want it done without ruining my home. She suggested I find a smaller company. I am writing this post because based on the reviews, I bet at one time this was a really good company and possibly they have grown too big to manage quality. It is also possible that this was just an inadequately trained employee, and in that case, the company deserves the chance to know why they are losing business. I am looking for quality and service without hassle. My impression today was of another low-quality cleaning company with poor management. I will not hire them.

They always do a good job. I love the rotation system, which means that every area of the house gets an extra clean on rotating basis.

I can count on them to do a great job every time. They are a hard working team, very focussed on their work always and seem to do the entire job in 2 hours. Each visit they alternate the areas of concentration, ie first visit is a deep clean of the kitchen, eating area and laundry room then next time would be the bedrooms and bathrooms but every time the entire house is vacuumed, dusted and cleaned.

It didnt go, i called multiple times and never received a callback. I understand if you can't pick up on day one, but you don't return calls the next day?

Cecila and Margarita are great! They put in about 2.5 hours of cleaning in a 3200 square foot two story house. They got into places where my husband and I did not think about cleaning ourselves. The work they provided was impressive and left the house spotless. Thanks you two and to Cleaning Authority for sending them over.

To me it's complete when they leave it looks a heck of a lot better and so forth so I don't follow them around and check if this that or whatever but when their done it looks good and if they got something messy I just have them go back and do it but their good.

I have had other house cleaners before that were not doing a very thorough job. That is not the case with The Cleaning Authority. They consistently provide great service, and I am very happy with them.

We noticed an immediate difference after the first initial clean (kitchen and bathrooms), very thorough! The second initial clean was bedrooms and living areas, vacuuming furniture (noticable since we have cats). The ladies even move the litter boxes to clean the floor under/around! Was not expecting that level of thoroughness with the litter boxes (of course they don't scoop them, would never expect anyone else to do that!). So far we are very pleased. They are a little more expensive than some of the other services, but offer more detailed cleaning with their service, which I feel is worth it.

It's been a pretty good experience, they come in once a month to clean our home. Just the convenience, they were a larger company so there is typical availability if you have to change our appointment for what ever reason.

It's been fine. I have been very pleased with them.

It was a constant issue for them to turn my alarm back on after service. Several times after they would leave, my alarm would not be set. Ultimately I ended up canceling my service due in part to that situation. The cleaning itself was decent but the fact they did not set my alarm back, that was pretty bad. From a cleaning perspective I was happy with it, the alarm was my issue and I could not understand why they could not set it back.

It went well. they come out every two weeks, they have done so for about two years. Their always on time and if for any reason they have to reschedule I get plenty of notice about it and rare that's ever happen, their always on time they do great job we're very happy with their work.
