I had the roof of my duplex replaced by Storm Guard in July 2022. It couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment I contacted them, until I received my final invoice, the communication was professional, yet friendly. They know how to quickly establish rapport and assess the clients needs. They understood my time and financial limits, working diligently to meet them. I never felt pressured to have additional work done, other than what I had contracted them for. James, the Storm Guard agent, worked with my insurance company and arranged to meet the adjuster on a weekend. He was able to demonstrate hail damage and successfully file a claim. Rachel provided me with an extensive selection of roofing materials and colors, as well as locations of completed work with my selected tiles. I could determine how the finished roof would look on my home based on architecture and color scheme. What was especially helpful, Rachel carefully and thoroughly explained the process from beginning to end. Literally. She made certain that I was aware of the potential for weather delays, the crew’s work schedule, and even the possibility that a stray nail may be missed during the post-roofing clean up (there wasn’t). I had requested she try to schedule the work early in the week and she had them arrive and complete the work on a Monday 😊. The following week, they had their inspector check the roof and grounds, and asked for my feedback and concerns. They left no stone unturned. The team at Storm Guard made certain that I understood every step of the process from beginning to end, as well as the warranty coverage for workmanship and materials.
