I am very disappointed in the results and subsequent lack of addressing of complaints from work performed in the 2015 calendar year. Without my authorization they performed a first treatment in March of 2016, at which point I called them to register my complaints about work previously performed. They sent a technician to check it out who said he didn't see anything wrong until my wife pointed out the obvious bare spots. Nothing came from this first visit until I got a call from them looking for payment for the unauthorized first treatment. This time they sent a manager who basically went through the same unproductive response, at which point I cancelled the service. After repeatedly telling Scott's about my dissatisfaction and not understanding how service could be performed without authorization, I received a note from a collection agency regarding payment for the unauthorized treatment. I just got off a call from Scott's again and their representative told me that service is automatically renewed year over year and therefore I was responsible for the payment. They again offered to send someone out to address the concerns, but only on the basis that my account is made active. I declined, paid the disputed bill and advised that I would leave the appropriate feedback on their service. It's worth noting that I had used them in a home in NJ up to 2 years ago and had very good results. At this point I will never use them again.

I am not happy with them at all. I had them out from September to look into aerating and seeding. They did it and they have been coming and giving treatments. My lawn looks terrible and I have been telling them about that. The guy that came last week was a new guy. He looked at my yard and said that he didn’t know why they were still servicing us because my yard needed much more than what they could do. He said that the yard needs to be tilled and reseeded. He said that his manager would be in touch with me within 24 hours, but it has now been over a week. I have wasted over $700 with them. I would suggest other to have their lawns tested before they start treatment. They should check if their lawn is suitable for treatment.
