They did a good job. I will recommend and use them, again.

Turns out we had two squirrels. They were both evicted. The service was so good we got the termite service and the pest service. You will not be disappointed!

Mosquito Authority has given the best possible customer service. After Hurricane Harvey the mosquito problem exploded and I called them out for a service. After 2 days I noticed we still had some mosquitos hanging around. I let them know and they were back out the next day, no questions asked. After a couple more days I noticed a few more, but I will say its gone from a 100% problem to a 10% problem. I let them know and again they were kind and letting me know how bad its been after the Hurricane and will be sending someone right out and will search for hidden breeding sites. It feels great having them on my side and I highly highly recommend!

The only downside was that I asked them not to come at a certain time because of my children's nap schedule and this information was relayed to the employee who came to spray our home. We have dogs and they bark when they see anyone on our property

They were able to spray once or on a schedule. I am pleased with the service and the results so far. My outdoor space is now great for activities.

I am totally amazed at he customer service provided these these two young men. I had called about my concern right before we went on vacation. Bill told me he would contact me upon my return. He called just as he promised. He and Hunter showed up at exactly the time they said they would. They are so polite, well-mannered and well-groomed. In this day, it's so nice to interact with a company that not only does a great job, but has employees as outstanding as these two gentlemen!! My husband and I are totally impressed and will certainly do positive advertising for you. Thank you so much.

The Mosquito Authority started spraying in my next door neighbor's yard this morning, unannounced. As soon as I heard the motor of the sprayer start, I rushed outside to get him to stop, but he had already aimed the sprayer at a tall bush along our property line. A large cloud of pesticide formed and was settling on our non-chemical, sustainable vegetable garden, grown for someone in our household with health issues. He blatantly had no regard for our garden or the impact of his spraying. The operator admitted his mistake and negligence. He said we should call his supervisor, a Mr. Ryan Kreitman. I called him and left a voice mail. So far (over two hours later now), he has not returned my call. Our vegetable garden is ruined, Beware of the callousness of this company and their total disregard for the environmental impact of their spraying.

I have a terrible reaction to mosquito bites and I would not go without this service it is so worth the money. My family and I can enjoy spending time in our yard without the worry and annoyance of mosquitos.

i have an acre, lots of brush and standing water. Did not see one mosquito this evening. AWESOME

Not enough time to know the effect, but I feel sure we will not be bothered when outside. We have another visit scheduled to follow up in June.

Repeat customer, mosquitos would attack very soon after walking outside. I can enjoy my yard again. We had a back yard party without mosquitos in June 2015.

What a great company! They always call before the day before they come, they let us know when they arrive, I receive an email when they are finished with the work. They have been consistent in their business plan and professionalism! Excellent company..and no Mosquitoes! Would very highly recommend!!

My third year using this company. The spraying is very effective against the ridiculously high mosquito population here. I can use my back yard for the first time in decades in the summer. They send an email the day before they will show up. The providers are prompt, professional and courteous. A pleasure to do business with this company.

I can't say enough good things about this company and their service. They have made a huge qualitative difference to my enjoyment of the back yard during the spring and summer season. Last year, my first in NC since retiring, I got my first mosquito bite in June and the last in November. In-between was a great deal of misery. Long sleeves and sprays would not protect me completely for even 10 minutes at a time. This April I hired Mosquito Authority to start spraying every 3 weeks until October. I have not had one bite! I can sit out any length of time in short sleeves, shorts, and sandals and enjoy bird-watching, reading, etc. Their communications are also excellent. They inform me the day before a spraying by email, and give me email notification when they are finished. If rain intervenes in a scheduled spraying, they inform me promptly of rescheduling. This is convenient when I'm out of town or away from home. I pay for their services month-to-month, but customers wanting to save money can pay for the whole season in advance and save $100 for the season.

The treatment worked very well. The technician was polite and professional. We had the same treatment 3 weeks earlier and it was very effective.

They send an email the day before arriving to let me know they planned to spray the next day. They arrived as scheduled and sprayed around my property. About a week later I was working in the yard and had several mosquitos buzzing around me, so I called them and they came the next day to spray again. They were scheduled to perform a final spray 21 days later but had to postpone due to a period of rain. They did the last spraying as soon as we had a clear day. Overall, I am pleased with the results. Before this service my wife and I were attacked by mosquitos when working in the yard. With the one exception mentioned previously we haven't had a mosquito problem when working outside since they sprayed.

Service provided as explained. What I like about this service is they will come back early if needed.

I have used these guys for 2 years now and they are great. We live on the water and there are literally no mosquitos. You can tell when it is time for them to come again because we begin to get mosquitoes, but they come every 3 weeks and we couldn't be more pleased!!!

Great service provider. We had a mosquito free summer in our yard ... priceless. Our yard is near a pond, prior to the treatment we had a tough time enjoying outside without using lots of bug repellent. Mosquito Authority's monthly treatment was safer for my children and helped us fully use the backyard. I highly recommend there services.

I used to get several mosquito bites each time I went from my front door outside down the driveway to the mailbox to get the mail. After we started having Mosquito Authority spray, we have no more mosquito bites. We have our yard back. Mosquito Authority comes out every 3 weeks. They send an email the day before to let you know they will be coming; they leave a card on the door and send an email to let you know they have completed the service. If you're home, they'll ask if you're satisfied or if you have any concerns. If you see a mosquito between treatments, they will come out next day and retreat for free.
