Junk King Raleigh

I purchased a big deal for $89.00. They took a couple days to contact me to setup an appointment. They arrived on time and we very quick and professional.

They came when they said they would. Filled the truck with junk. Then left. Well-done!

They were very professional. They were fast and efficient.

They showed up, hauled the junk away, and were in and out in 20 minutes. Right on time, very friendly, super easy to work with. I know some people have said they didn't take as much junk as they should have for $89. I had a wide dresser/drawers, a bed frame, a nighstand, a couple of paintings, a mirror, and some odds/ends and they took it for the $89. $89 isn't going to get you a whole house/apartment haul. I probably had about one room worth of furniture, total.

We were really happy we chose Junk King to remove piles of branches and yard debris. We needed quick action because our house was just listed, and another company had bailed on us at the last minute. Tek came out and gave us an estimate on Friday, and they were able to accommodate our request for a first-thing Saturday morning pickup, which meant the yard was perfect for our house showing at 10:30am! We couldn't have been happier with our experience.

Wonderful service! I called their office and set up an appointment. Gabriel called me to verify the details of the address, task, time, etc. The next day, Gabriel called to ask if he could save us some time by showing up a little early (imagine that!), and he showed up as promised! Gabriel and his teammate had my carport cleaned up in about 30 minutes, and they not only hauled off the junk, but they swept up afterwards! These guys saved me a lot of time and effort!

They called the day before to get a brief description of what needed to be halted away. I had an appointment for 3p-5p, they called to see if they could come early because it briefly stopped raining. I was ready so they got here within twenty minutes of calling. Both guys were clean and professional. One went around with me and assessed how much stuff needed to go. They quickly figured out the best way to load the truck to minimize the space and therefore my cost. I was worried the books we had would end up recycled but they asked about the closest donation site and were dropping off books and furniture. They made quick work of it and were done in 30 minutes. It ended up being less than estimated.

There were two young men who arrived on time, removed everything from the storage area, replaced the items I wanted to keep and hauled away the items I did not want. They were very professional and cleaned up behind themselves. I could not have asked for better service.

Great company, great service. Very responsive and kept me posted on estimated time of arrival. Professional folks. They recycle if items are usable. Highly recommend this company.

I used them some time last year near the time when I joined Angie's List and I spent about $350. I was very well satisfied. Overall I would give them an 'A'. They worked around my schedule and they were very good.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The workers were friendly and nice, they arrived on time, and had an easy scheduling process. Ultimately, it was a good experience, and we'd use them again if necessary.

They came by to give an estimate for removing the items, however they said that the items would require the truck to make 2 1/2 loads, and I would have to pay additional $100! I looked at the truck that they came in and pointed out that the few items that I had would fit in that truck. They then told me that that was not the truck that would be used, yet could not tell me the size of the truck that was being used! Plus they charged additional $10 for a mattress (no boxspring), The next day they arrived in the same truck, and all my items fit with additional room left! THIS IS A SCAM and not the coupon deal when they change the definition of a "truck load". I will never call them again, There are other companies that are honest.

Was on time (in fact, was actually a bit early and called to make sure it would be okay). Very polite and professional. I used an Angie's list coupon for the deal and feared that there would be some sort of up-charge or hidden charge... nope... it was a great deal. Highly recommended.
