Description of Work: Removed miscellaneous junk from the garage and attic. The team was very professional and moved a lot of stuff in a short period of time. we will use them again if we have a need.

Description of Work: I bought a deal, and then paid for additional services. They were excellent. Very polite, prompt, and they gave us a quote for the labor above the deal amount for our approval prior to doing the work.

Description of Work: They were excellent at every measured facet, the young man (owner, I believe) and the gentleman helping him. Only two wanting (small, I consider) issues for which I was equally or more responsible were: as I had lawn trash which included pruned very large branches of knock-out roses, gloves and a tarp were necessary. I had not forewarned them of this prickly aspect of the pickup. JCG

Description of Work: They removed a chair & numerous items from my garage. Were fast but thorough & had a great attitude (even though a very hot day). Only problem was they had to reschedule due to truck problems. Stayed in communication, though, and we worked that out.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the service I got from Junk King. They were prompt, efficient and very professional. I would not hesitate to use their service again, and I highly recommend them to others.

Description of Work: They picked up a big pile of junk from our yard and took it to the dump. It was apparently larger than their coupon covered so we paid a little extra.

Description of Work: Picked up a bunch of outdoor junk as well a moving a giant treadmill from our upstairs storage area. In and out quickly - no muss, no fuss.

Description of Work: They stated on their site they recycle 60% (I believe that was the amount) of what you give them. I gave them books I was going to give to Goodwill, an antique tapestry, an antique side table in great condition, a student desk, a bedside table, a golf airline hard shell case, and so many other useable items. The college aged boys that came assured me that all items went to a "sorter" before being tossed. My husband had just died and I was cleaning out our garage. So I felt comfortable giving them all I gave. The next day I realized I had given them a box which had framed photographs of me and my three sisters when we were little (11 X 20 or larger) and I called to try and get them back. I spoke with the owner who told me everything other than the golf case was taken to the dump because when they are busy, they do not have the time to sort. And he said the percentage of recycling was a goal and was by weight, not items, and they were not yet at that goal. It makes me very angry, even now, that I gave so many things to the dump that were very useable and even worth money. I would use this company if I knew everything I was giving was junk, but not if I had anything decent.

Description of Work: Cleaned up some construction material from a bath remodel. They were prompt, 2 people showed up at the appointed time, looked at the material that needed to be removed and gave us a quote on the spot. The quote seemed reasonable for the work. They did the work when we agreed on the price, right then and there. Very simple.

Although I told them previously that I had a large amount of yard waste, they arrived with a truck partially loaded with yard waste so they had to make two trips which took all day. |They tried to charge me for more than one full load, but how would they know if the truck was partially loaded when they got here? When I reminded them that I had dragged ALL the tree limbs and branches to the driveway for them (part of the deal was for them to pick up around the yard) they didn't charge me for their estimated "excess" beyond the full load, they just would keep the initial big deal payment of $59.00 |I should have asked for an estimate because my "Big Deal" was the equivalent of a couple of arm loads of sticks. Junk King's pricing is not easily accessed on their website either.

Description of Work: Junk King scheduled me as I requested and came out in the rain to pick up the outdoor debris I needed hauled. Good communication and right on time.
