Description of Work: Did a good job. Were very fast in completing the pickup work.

Description of Work: I had to contact them, they didn't contact me. Also, then they indicated that there was an extra charge for mattress haul away - which was nothing that had been disclosed either in the ad or during any conversations with them. They agreed to not add any additional fees for this service when I pointed out the lack of disclosure in this regard. Once they came, they were quick and it was a very easy way to dispose of a lot of items at one time that needed to disappear.

Description of Work: Remove several large pieces including 2 treadmills old table, rugs, gas grill, old computer, storage boxes, books and magazines.

Description of Work: They hauled off bags of everything from broken toys to old linens. We cleaned out half of a house and had a large amount of "junk" that we no longer had room for. They were excellent. I thought their price was a little high, but other than that, I would highly recommend them!!

Description of Work: We had a lot of bagged yard waste that needed to be disposed of, as well as some old boards. The two gentlemen showed up on time and were very professional. They worked really h****** a very hot day. Upon completion, they told me it was going to cost more than had been agreed on through the Angie's List deal. I was not happy. I had confirmed the appointment the day before and questioned again whether someone needed to come over beforehand to see how much we had. I was assured that wasn't necessary. When the two gentlemen showed me how much of the truck would normally be filled for the price I paid, it clearly would not have fit all of our debris. I ended up paying them half of the additional amount they were asking for because there was a lot of debris and the two employees worked really hard. While I was disappointed with the price difference, I think that could be resolved in the future if someone goes to the customer site to survey the amount of debris. I would use them again, but I would make sure I received a firm price first.

Description of Work: I would definitely use the Junk King again in the future if the need arises. The only thing to know when purchasing the coupons is that the amount of junk to be hauled is a grey area. It's cubic yards, unless it's heavy junk, then weight also applies. BUT, they are efficient, professional, willing to haul whatever you need. It's a great service. They also clean up after themselves before leaving your property.

Description of Work: They called before coming so I would know when to expect them. Very friendly & professional. They did all the work; all I had to do was point at everything I wanted them to take and they quickly loaded it all up in their truck! I had purchased a voucher through Angie's List and needed more truck space than allowed with the voucher. They gave me a very reasonable quote for the additional items. I would definitely use them again!
