I couldn't be happier with Junk King! Brad and Jordan were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They accommodated my schedule, and kept in touch with me about when they would arrive. I had more junk than the $59 Angie's List paid for (which I knew before they came), and they only charged me an additional $60 to take a lot of stuff. I will recommend this company to all of my friends--it was painless, fast, and VERY reasonable. Thanks Junk King and, especially, thanks to Brad and Jordan! I'm sure I'll be calling them again in the near future for more junk removal.

Overall a good experience. There was no problem scheduling an appointment quickly. The haulers were on time and very polite. They removed two very heavy items and offered to move more, since they still had some room in the truck. My only complaint was that the hall walls got marked up, but luckily I had just had them painted, so it was no problem to touch them up. I think if they had used a dolly, it may have been easier.

I was pleased with their work, there was an additional charge for the mattress removal that I wasn't aware of at first.

We bought this as an Angie's List deal and it is exactly why we are Angie's List members. The folks at Junk King were great. Scheduling our appointment was easy. When I called in, they had my information from the Angie's List deal readily available so it was easy to set up the meeting. We received a pre-appointment confirmation call which was excellent and the team arrived right on time. When I went out to chat with them, they were very professional and extremely friendly. It just made the entire experience pleasant and we will absolutely be using them again for any trash hauling needs. As I said earlier, this is why we joined Angie's List, we checked out the reviews, Junk King was highly rated; took advantage of one of the online deals and were able to get great service at a great price! They showed up when they were supposed to. They sent strong guys to move some heavy things.

Two very pleasant and personable guys, Brad and Leo, arrived promptly in the timeframe I'd been told to expect them. They explained how much I was entitled to have taken away for my coupon, and also clearly explained the (quite reasonable) cost for anything additional. I didn't opt to increase my load today and there was no pressure, plus they gave me a coupon to use on a future service call. They worked quickly and carefully to remove my furniture, using incredible caution and patience figuring out how to get an extremely large piece through several doorways. I highly recommend this crew and hope I get them again when I get ready to tackle my basement! I will most definitely call Junk King again. In addition to the great service, I like that they look for ways to re-use and recycle what they collect.

I called for hauling services. The person who answered the phone was courteous and professional. She checked the schedule and provided available dates and times. The service was provided at my convenience and less than one week after scheduling. The driver called several times to confirm his arrival time. Two employees arrived on time, were very courteous, efficient and professional. They got to work immediately and removed serveral items for disposal efficiently and promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. They came at the time they said they were coming. They were very timely. It was a special price.

My mom really thought he did a great job and charged her very little to take away several more items than were allowed for in the deal. I would definatley use this service again!

Everything went smoothly. They arrived on time and backed their truck up to my curb. I showed them what needed removing and the three of them loaded it all and took it away in no time at all. I didn't have that much, really, but I had had surgery some months earlier and wasn't able to bend over and lift much at all at that point.

The crew got off to a bit of a rugged start, time-wise. The crew leader called me at the appointment time to say that they had to make a run to the dump, and would be about an hour late. OK, I could live with that, as I had a lot of sorting still to do. An hour later, I got a call from my wife saying that they'd showed up at our house (the billing address) rather than at my parents' house (the work address). Not sure who goofed up on that, but still not a big issue for me. The truck arrived about 20 minutes later, and after a 5-minute walkthrough to show the crew what was in each room that needed to go, they set to work. From that point on, things went very quickly and very smoothly, even getting some heavy objects down out of the attic. Within two hours the truck was full, and we were done for the day. The pricing was great for all of the work that they had to do (though I will say that the Angie's List coupon deal really helped on that score). Before leaving, the crew leader gave me an estimate on the remaining junk I had left, which I really appreciated. Other than the snafu in getting started on time, I was perfectly happy with the service and the crew.

Just beware that it is hard to estimate how much junk you may have to haul so I would be prepared to possibly need to purchase more space. That is the only hard part about it-estimating if you need 1/8 truck or what. Also, be aware that they charge extra for removing electronics such as TV. I had them leave it for that price.

They were nice and professional but I had to wait 4 hrs after appointment time. Although they did call that they would be late - several times, it took up my entire day, waiting. They DID call, however.

Prior to purchasing a $66 special for Junk King through Angie's List, I contaced Junk King to determine if the amount of funiture I needed removed would be covered under the special. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgable. She took the time to explain the various sizes and different tiers of pricing. So I made an appointment for pickup several days later. On pickup day, the truck crew called me two hours prior to my appointment and gave me an estimated time of arrival. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would. Both members of the crew greeted me by name, were very polite, and professional. They took pride in their work and took extra time to ensure that the walls of my home were not damaged as they moved my old furniture out of a tight space. It really shows that Junk King takes pride in their company and has hired some great people who did a great job!

Junk King worked with me on Thursday to arrange pick up on a Saturday. Important since I had furniture coming in on Monday. very pleased. Agreed on price of $100 which was much better than competitors.pleased. Minions of the Junk King arrived and expeditously removed the sofa. very pleased.

Came next day after initial contact, good communication, call to confirm ahead of time, very prompt, polite, professional, reasonable price - two men worked efficiently and the whole process took less than 45 minutes. Would definitely use again.

polite, hardworking and got the job done

Arrived approx 1/2 hr late, due to traffic & directions, unfamiliar with area. Worked very hard (2 men) loaded truck, full to over flowing in approx 2 + hours. Picked up everything down to the last scrap of paper. Delighted with job well done!!
