Junk King Raleigh

The guys from Junk King were very good in getting up the debris we had after replacing the floor boards for a wood deck. They were timely and very thorough in getting up the debris, old toys and random junk we had. I would be happy to use them on a similar project or something more challenging in the future.

Might be really good at what they do, but we were unable to make connections to schedule the service before the deal expired.

They were very responsive and arrived right on time. The gentlemen were very nice and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company.

The entire experience was great. I needed to get rid of an old garage door opener device (12 feet long, heavy metal) in one day's time. The operator-scheduler made those arrangements for next morning service. As promised the driver called 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. They arrived promptly, provided me a fair price based on Angie's List "deal," and were thereafter on their way to help others with much bigger jobs.

The workers arrived promptly and completed the job satisfactorily. I thought that the price was very reasonable and better than that of the previous junk removal service I had used. When I asked how they calculate the price, which is based on pick up truck load (even though the truck they arrived with was larger than a pick up truck,) the response was "it is part art and part science" which I thought was a little squirrelly. But given the overall reasonableness of the price and my satisfaction with the service, I won't complain too much about their mechanism for pricing.

Fine. The guys were very nice.

They were friendly, prompt, professional and fast. We would not hesitate to use them again! A great help to us.

Excellent service. The truck arrived on time and we showed the two guys the stuff we wanted hauled. They went right to work and had it loaded in about an hour. They cleaned up the load area and were gone,

Guys were on time and courteous. Only advice would be to talk to them ahead of time about the items you have if you are uncertain as to what will 'fit' within your purchase (x amount of a truckload).

Junk King was on time and very efficient in the removal of the junk. They moved everthing to the front porch and then loaded their truck. They were careful while in my home and I would use them again.

It was fine. There was an extra charge for one of the old TV's, it was about $15 because of the disposal fee. They came out, they put booties on when they were in the house. They carried things down from the second floor out to the truck and out of the garage. They were very careful inside the house. They were probably here less than 45 minutes. I called their 800 number, got it scheduled and they were here within 15 minutes of the point we scheduled. Everything was good.

Did not know until they arrived that I would have to pay extra b/c part of the debris was concrete. Then they would not take wood because that was different from the other type of debris. They were polite and efficient. One slab of concrete of very heavy so I did appreciate their hard work.

we had a cluttered garage with some larger pieces of furniture and a working but old fashioned TV and various junk. Junk King came by as agreed,. the owner and a clean and well mannered associate presente themselves. Very good communication skills and for an extra fee also took away some old electronics and computers and tvs that apparently required a special disposal fee. We were so happy to get our garage back, we did not mind. garagegawe pointed at items for them to take and they moved them fst and efficiently. we were very pleased and plan to ask them to help us lghten up our attic in the fall....

Crew arrived on schedule. They were quick and courteous.

Everything was smooth as silk. I like that I'm paying by the load size, not by the hour. The crew works quickly and professionally every time (this was their 3rd visit since I started cleaning out and renovating the house).

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. There were extra charges but I had them haul away extras that were more than the original quote was for. They were polite and quick. They did their job well. I wasn't familiar with the pricing but I assumed it was fair.

Very nice guys to work with. Efficient in what they did. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others who need household and yard junk hauled away.

Purchased a Big deal for Junk King. We had some large items that needed to be hauled away. They came when they said and did an efficient job picking up all items.

Junk King was very curtious to keep me posted of their schedule. They had another client with more than anticipated "junk", so they called and asked if it was ok for them to come later. I was fine with the time change and they continued to keep me updated on their ETA. They moved items from the back yard, crawl space, garage, side yard and upstairs. I used an Angie's coupon, which allowed for a certain amount to be hauled away. When I started to exceed that amount, they were very helpful in asking me if I wanted them to continue, and if so, how much it would cost. I highly recommend Junk king. I do suggest the client be aware of how much they have and how that translates to cost. I underestimated!

It was outstanding, better then expected. It was great, I called them to set up the deal and they called within an hour and they were here within two hours of buying the deal. The workers that actually did the work were great.

They did a great job getting everything out and then were kind enough to help me move another piece of furniture. For a recent cancer patient who can't do much for herself, I was very grateful.

The guys who came to the house to pick up my junk were excellent - professional, polite, puntual, and cleaned up after themselves. The main issue I had was with their dispatcher/office manager, who apparently did not tell them how much junk I had (they knew about the two piles of household trash, but nothing about the attic). As such, they did not have enough room on the truck to fully empty the attic, meaning that I will need to make another appointment for the rest. Not a deal-breaker per se, but annoying nevertheless for somebody who lives alone and has trouble as it is fitting in service calls during the week. I might add that the guys who came to the house were very apologetic about the mix-up, and gave me a modest credit toward my next service.

Service was completed as described in a timely manner. The employees were helpful, courteous and capable. Work was completed efficiently and they were more than happy to accommodate our requests to remove items from around our home, both from the upstairs and downstairs.
