Everything went as I thought it would .

Junk King was very professional. They called ahead of time to confirm appointment and what was to be hauled away. They arrived on time and did a great job. They were fast and left no mess.

Everthing went well with the hauling away of our "junk". the only glitch was that we were billed the full price, and not the discounted Angie's List price, however, we brought it to their attention, and price was adjusted.

The actual service was fine. The punctuality was a disaster. I rearranged my schedule to be home for THEIR window. The window came and went and they didn't show up and didn't call. I called them and they said they'd get back to me. Driver then called me and said in an hour or so. Nope. Didn't happen then either. Finally, they showed up. To their credit I was called after the service and offered a discount on next services requirement.

Nice people who worked hard with heavy items.

It went really well. The guys did a really good job and were very efficient.

They arrived on time I reminded them of the Angie's list coupon that I had purchased. they looked over everything and began removing the debrie. They had me check on thier work several times. the additional price was determined and agreed upon. I think it only took them 2 hours at the most. Very professional, very friendly. Would definitely use them again.

Stuff of no further use lying about the property (pawn, carport, patio) was picked up, loaded on a truck and hauled away. This was done courteously and efficiently. I'm very satisfied.

Scheduling went well, but there was much back and forth between the providers and my husband about how much they could haul away. We had purchased two coupons for hauling and felt like that should have been sufficient. The most upsetting part was after finding a gouge in the wall in the landingd of my stairway, which obviously happened while they were taking items from the second floor to the first floor. I will now have to pay someone to patch and paint the wall.

I contacted the company's call center (1-888-888-JUNK) to find out how much junk would be hauled and what would happen if I had more stuff than allowed with the coupon. They said I could not have anything else removed. I need to find a company that is willing to work with me to remove as much junk as I have and of course charge me the additional cost. This company refused.

The lead person had a pleasant and friendly personality. The other person clearly did not want to be there and work. Even after repeated instructions of items to remove, they still left some items behind. They verbalized aloud that they did not want to make a second trip to our home to pick up the rest of the items. Around the time of the truck reaching capacity, they did not want to load additional items we wanted to have removed. They left parts of the trampoline behind on the backyard. To make things right, send different workers to pick up the remainder of the items to be disposed at your cost.

I was happy with Junk King for removing an old couch and unused microwave cart. I live on the top floor of a three story condo and even though the two young men had multiple stairs to fight getting the couch out the door and down the steps, they did it without one complaint. The special price Junk King had for the removal was a big determination in my choosing them. The $59.00 special rate removed the couch and the extra $40.00 was for them to take the small sized microwave cart. I will be looking for more special deals from them through Angie's List since I have other furniture that that will need to be removed.

Went real well. Two workman showed a few minutes ahead of scheduled time. After a 5 minute tour of second floor and third floor attic to show where tagged items were located , they proceeded without supervision. They finished in less than 30 minutes. When they said they were finished they asked me to check to see that they had removed all items requested to be hauled away. The two young men we're polite, efficient and professional. Have recommended this company to other friends.

We had more than the agreed upon amount of disposable items, so we were asked to pay an additional $40 after the $59 deal. This was in keeping with what we have paid our trash company in the past, but Junk King was readily available with no run around, gave us the date and time we requested, and behaved in a very professional manner. I will use them again if I need hauling completed.

They did a good job. We had a little flood so they hauled off that stuff. They came on time and they were cordial. They were friendly and gave good service. I would use them again.

When I first signed up for the service, I received an email stating that I needed to call a number to discuss dates of service, even though I added that information on the web page for Angie's list. I called the number and left my information although they had a message on this number that stated that you could call a different number or go on their web page for Junk King. After two days when I did not receive any calls from my message left at the first phone number given, I called the second number and talked with someone, and I mentioned I needed to have a couch, printer, grill and other miscellaneous stuff picked up. I also told them of the difficulty I had in just scheduling the service. Today they came to pick up my stuff. They were right on time and very friendly...until they saw the size of the couch. They said it would be an additional $40 for the couch since it would weigh more than they were able to take in their truck. My daughter called to tell me of the extra charge, so I pulled up the ad from Angie's List, which states "no meximum weight restriction" and that the ad states "60 cubic feet or the size equal to 3 refrigerators". I talked with one of the guys who said the ad is incorrect as their truck cannot hold 3 refrigerators full of stuff. I said to him that I mentioned a couch would be one of the items I was having picked up and no extra charge was mentioned at that time. I told him they will get lots of negative feedback on Angie's list if they are having to always charge extra because the ad has incorrect information. I said that is considered false advertising. Apparently the truck they use can only take love-seats and not couches. I told my daughter to let them take everything but the couch since they were going to charge extra and she said they had already put the couch in the truck. She called me as they were leaving to tell me that something I said caused them to say they would not charge me the extra money and that they took almost everything we were planning for them to take

Cut down limbs that were on the house. They were very professional, punctual, on time, courtesy, patient, did a great job! Could not ask for more fine people.

The two young men that showed up were very nice and professional. They worked very hard and claened up the left over leaves. I would use them again.

They did what they said they would

Was very easy to schedule with Junk King and got a prompt email confirming the service. They called about a half hour before the scheduled time to say they were on their way. On arrival the whole crew was very courteous and introduced themselves. All I had to do was show them where the junk was. He provided a price sheet for their levels of service and explained that he estimated I had more than the Big Deal agreement. This was no surprise to me and in fact we had briefly discussed this when I scheduled the pickup. I know I had quite a bit to haul. I agreed to pay the difference. The crew went to work and completed the pickup in maybe 30 minutes. They were thorough and cleaned up afterwards - no trails of debris across the yard. When we reviewed the service, they adjusted the extra charge downward as he said there as actually less than he first thought. Received an email receipt and "thank you" shortly after the crew left. In summary, I'm very pleased with every aspect of Junk King's service. I would recommend them and not hesitate to use their services again.

The guys were on time and very efficient in the removal of the items I wanted to dispose of. They did a great job and when I have some more junk to get rid of I will use them again.

It went exactly as advertised. They were on time and did exactly what was asked.
