 + -1 moreThey were very competent and conscientious. When the first treatment did not completely remove the stain, they used another product that worked. They were careful to not rough up the surface of the carpet and to make sure when they were done that all the carpet looked the same--the part they had routinely cleaned and the area that had the stain. They were very professional and easy to work with. I have recommended them to others and plan to use them again soon.
Description of Work: Cleaned wool bedroom carpet that had blood stain.

Description of Work: Mike with Heavens Best is tops in carpet cleaning. I've used others over the years and nothing compares for quality of service, promptness, price and value. A couple of spots returned after Mike had left so I called to ask what could be done. I didn't want him to come back out unnecessarily so I offer to try some suggestions. after treating the spots with some amazing orange and blotting them up with a clean cloth problem was solved. I truly admire Mike for offering to come all the way back out at no charge if I preferred. Not many offer such wonderful customer service

 + 0 moreAlmost all of the stains were gone after cleaning. There were some really tough stains on delicate fabrics that were much, much less noticeable. I was very happy with the results.
Description of Work: The gentleman who owns the company does all the work with one helper. He is neat and clean and trustworthy. I had upholstery and carpets cleaned. It took several hours. This process requires some drying time, but not nearly as long as some "wetter" processes. The cleaning was done systematically and thoroughly.

 + -1 moreThey did a good job. They were very friendly and very nice to deal with. The walls on the carpets were dirty because I did have some problems from the heat pump. I was kind of disappointed that they didn?t automatically clean it and I had to ask them to do that, but they did clean it after I asked them. I would use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: I used the services of Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning about a year ago for carpet cleaning. It was for all the rooms in my house.

 + 0 moreThey were very prompt and they did a great job cleaning. They were very accommodating and fit me in within short a notice given the urgent need I had. They used a handheld cleaner, which I was glad, so I did not have to worry about hoses scratching up my walls.
Description of Work: They came to my home to clean up a stain on my off white carpet and also did their best to clean two off white pillows.
