Supervisors were monitoring and inspecting the process as well as ensuring that I understood what was being repaired or replaced. The large work crew completed the job efficiently and cleaned the debris as they worked. The area was cleaned and double checked before I was shown the completed work. Very impressed with the initial inspection and work plan that was explained to me by Kennedy Mays.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Requested an estimate on a Monday, Tuesday had Frank coming to provide information. Thursday the crew (Roger) came and installed. Frank was very professional and provided me with all information. I trusted him so much that I ended up cancelling my appointment with the competitor. Roger and his crew were unbelievable. The installation took only a hour (my house is small) they cleaned and unclogged all my gutters. They also blowed all the dirty off all my patios, decks and entrance/driveway as well. Roger also provided me with pictures of the work done. Outstanding service from day 1 to end. Go ahead and ask Frank to come to your house for an estimate.

I have had Gutter Guards (GG) since Nov 2020 and they are an upgrade from getting on my ladder to clean out my gutters, however; their No Clog guarantee is a complete FAIL. My gutters continue to clog despite numerous service call visits and complaints. In fact, they clogged during 7/14/23 storm. GG local office in NC has been responsive & attempted to resolve the problem but I believe they have a defective product issue. Would give them 2.5 stars as they reduce ladder time with your gutters, but they fail on their no clog guarantee. Homeowners will still need to occassionally clear debris from hot spots. Perhaps there is no 100% clog free product on the market. Homeowner's should perform their due diligence before making a financial investment. I can only speak for Gutter Guards of America which I have owned for almost 3 years.

I had Gutter Guards America put gutter guards on my gutters because it was getting dangerous to clean them out. Their gutter guards could not withstand heavy rain, and the rain just bounced off of the gutters and down to the ground. I started having water in my basement because of it. It was very obvious during a heavy rain what was happening, so I had the gutter guards removed to protect my basement and had new gutter guards put up by another company. I had to do it because my basement was getting very wet on the walls. I called and talked to the office personnel and they are totally ignoring me. They will not answer my calls. These people have a 100% moneyback guarantee if their gutters don’t work, and their gutters don’t work, and they are not at all interested in refunding money. So I had to pay for gutter guards twice, which is not a happy story. This is NOT a reliable company.

I spoke with a representative from Gutter Guard America and we agreed upon a 11 am appointment for an estimate the next day. I called at 10:30 to assure they were coming to my residence. I was informed that a someone would be there by 11 and a call would be made to the person to assure their arrival. At 11:30 no one had arrived. I understand that unforeseeable things occur so I excused the tardiness. However, the fact that I did not receive a call to inform me of their inability to make the appointment was unprofessional. It’s been days later and I still have not heard from Gutter Guard Americana. I sent an email to Steve Soderquist, a representative for the company, who had originally emailed me soliciting my business. However, as of days later he has not replied in any form. I can not do business with a company that is this unprofessional.

He took measurements to determine the amount of materials needed, and gave a demonstration of how the gutter guards worked in terms of quality and functionality as compared to other similar products. The gutter guards were installed the next day.
