TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! After looking at their beautiful pictures of deck renewals, we hired this company in May, 2016 ($1,500). However, less than a year later our deck has mildew; is faded and discolored (some boards actually have no stain on them in places). We sent them pictures, but got got no response from our email/pictures; however, following a phone call, Sean came out to look at our deck, and agreed to redo it for $500, which he said was their cost. He told us he'd be sending a written agreement, which we never received. We attempted to get in touch with the owner, Chris Miller, but have received no response to date. It would seem that if this company is experts in deck renewal as they advertise, that for $1,500 they would stand behind their work. After speaking with the owner, they came out and re presurewashed and stained the deck. It looks very nice now.

Crew was very professional and they did excellent job of cleaning up. The staining of our Deck looks great. It's only been five days since the job was completed and we are hoping that it will continue to look great.

The process from initial discussions, to understanding what I wanted, through scheduling and ultimately work execution was excellent. Sales and service (different people) were very responsive, professional and did quality work. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again.

Very timely response to my inquiry, had someone on site the next day for a quote and the entire project was completed within two weeks of my initial inquiry. My deck and swing set look brand new! They did a great job restoring both the deck and the swing set and were answered all of my questions timely throughout the project. The price was very reasonable as well and below my expectations based on other quotes. I will definitely hire them again in a few years when we need to refresh the deck again.

I will hire them again next year.

Rene Crew performed an excellent restoration of our deck. The deck was an old gray color, and had accumulated a thick coating of algae and grime during the winter snow/ice storms. Renew Crew was recommended to us by a competitor company !!! Chris (the owner) personally came out to our house to estimate the project. The two-man crew who executed the project was extremely polite and respectful. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hired them back in March of 2014, and I initially wrote them an excellent review because the stain on our brand new deck and fence looked beautiful. However, a year and a half later, the stain has faded, is discolored, and the wood, which was supposed to be sealed, is badly mildewing in spots. When I asked the crew to come out and look at the deteriorating stain, they told me I'd have to just pay to have it redone. I paid them 1800 dollars for a job that didn't last even two years, and they want me to pay them to redo it? Bottom line: it all looks great at first, but you will NOT get your money's worth.

I waited to write this review to see how the deck refinishing came through the winter and summer. Today it looks just as good as the day it was completed. Chris was a pleasure to work with and the staff are outstanding, absolutely meticulous and perfectionists. Randy (?) (hope I remembered the correct name) is a treasure, customer service personified.

Chris was very professional and prompt. None of the stain got on the house, The deck looks great. He's highly recommended...great value for the money.

I found Chris and his associates to very friendly and hard workers. They were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and possessed the proper tools to do a good job. I rated them very high also because of experience and their work ethics. I would most definitely hire their service again.

Chris was great. We had a few consecutive days of rain, so project got delayed. Chris stayed in contact and let me know when he planned on coming back. Afterwards, he even came back an applied a second coat of product on my deck because the coloring wasn't evenly displaced. Overall... very pleased with Wood Renew and highly recommend him. The guys did an excellent job. My ugly deck really looks like new. It is a joy to be outside now whereas before I dreaded looking at the deck because it kept reminding me of what I needed to do.

All the work was done in two days. He did exactly what he said he would do. I was notify when my project wasn't going to start on the originally planned day.
