Charlene Jones - Prudential York Simpson Realty

We first communicated with Charlene in 2010. We were gathering info on a possible move from NY to NC. From the very beginning Charlene was very informative and eager to help in any way possible. She first recommended we come down for a visit and allow her to give us a nice tour of the area. We did just that and decided it would be a good move for us. Our intention was to move in the summer of 2011, but the housing market in NY held us captive until summer 2012. Now you would think most agents would have dropped us like a hot potato, but Charlene kept in touch with listings and info and never made us feel like a "customer". By the time we moved down we felt we had a good feel for what we were looking for. Charlene never missed a beat, it was like no time had gone by at all. When Charlene shows you a house, she is the second set of eyes you need to have. She will point out things you may not think of yourself. I really feel that she wants to find you your perfect home, not just sell a house. She did find us our perfect home and it was not an easy one to buy. It was a forclosure and it took time, but Charlene handled it beautifully and got us a great deal. We couldn't be happier. I recommend Charlene to anyone who needs an agent. She is a fantastic agent and a really nice person too.
