I preferred my old company and decided I would switch back. My issue with Bulwark has come with the absolute pain of cancellation. You cannot do this online so I contacted their customer service to cancel. They refused to let me cancel until I agreed to speak with a supervisor. I made an appointment time for them to call me back in between meetings at work. I got a call about 5 minutes late, then got put on hold 5 minutes to transfer and maybe another 2-3 thereafter but I made it clear any sales pitch was a waste of time and I wouldn't entertain it. Maybe a week goes by, and I'm getting texts and emails from them asking for feedback on what went wrong and how to get me back. Do yourself a favor. These companies are a dime a dozen and this one is more expensive than most. Choose a company that understands your time is valuable.
