Completely unprofessional.
Description of Work: I called to make an appointment for a pest control service. After they transferred me twice to different departments finally I reached the sales department they told me that they will call me right back in order to schedule an appointment and never did.

everything went great.
Description of Work: My initial treatment was Awesome. Randall explained all the things to me that was expected and gave me his number in case i needed him to come back. About a week later we noticed there were still some spiders around the porch. I sent a test to Randall and he replied back with in the hour and he was able to swing back by the next day to take care of the remaining spiders.
