Bulwark Exterminating

It went very well. I signed up for them to come spray every other month. I'm hopeful Bulwark will be a long term service provider for our home.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. I was very satisfied. They were on time. The gentleman was very pleasant and personable. He explained everything very well.

The installer was very professional, explained all that would be going on and how to continue the service once the original warranty had run out. He went around the house and installed the plugs and was done in a short time. Although I do not have termites, some friends have advised me it would be wise to get proven protection for the value of the house. The price for the first treatment was reasonable. However if the protection is renewed each year, it will be somewhat more expensive than the 5 year guarantee I was offered from another company.

I was satisfied that he did the inspection as agreed and that he provided a good bit of information about how to reduce the infestation of other insects. He was very knowledgeable and polite and dealt with me in a professional manner. He also tried to sell me additional services which I have not purchased.

We've been using Bulwark for over a year now. We paid the initial cost and maintain a bi-monthly service with them. We started using them about a month after we moved into our home. Our lot is very wooded and we were noticing ticks outside and other large creepy insects outside and occasionally in the house. They always arrive during their scheduled appointment and are very nice and friendly to work with. I've also taken advantage of having the yearly termite inspection for piece of mind and even had them help with a mouse problem in the garage. Any time I've ever had an issue, they come right back out and perform any additional work that is needed.

Very nice feature is they send an email with a photo of the person who will be coming. This is an important security feature to me. We walked around the house, and he explained all about the process since I am not from the area, and have never had to deal with termite prevention.

I called this company to inquire about the Termite inspection deal that they are offering. My calls were either transferred or directly went to the voice mail. I left several messages for a few days. But no one called me back. Finally it was suggested by Angie's List that they would contact Bulwark and ask them to contact me. The week is over and I have not heard back from them yet. In my opinion the deal that they are offering on Angie's List is just a trap to get people to pay for it in advance. But they have no intention of honouring it. And, that maybe the reason they refuse to respond to any inquiries about the deal. I am glad I did not fall in the trap.

My husband and I recently moved into a new home and wanted to get started with preventative pest treatment right away. We found Bulwark on Angies List as they had stellar reviews and a $79 first treatment deal. The technician, Tim, showed up promptly and was very courteous, despite it being early on Saturday morning. He treated our home in a timely manner and told us about what would we could expect as we continue our relationship with Bulwark. Overall it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

Our tech arrived right on time and was very professional and pleasant. He explained the services he would be performing and which areas of the house and yard would be treated. He completed the treatment and explained what he did and the ongoing maintenance service and what to do if we need to call him back for any issues between treatments. All in all a very pleasant and thorough experience. We have not had any additional ant or other pest issues. Although they are slightly higher priced than my previous service, they do provide a better service. I am looking forward to continuing quarterly service with them.

They approached us at one point number of years ago and we decided to try; we have never had a problem with pests on my property. We pay $75 for treatments every other month and they are top of the line. They call you the day before they come out; which is a good idea.

They are very efficient and their representative that comes out to do the services is a very good technician. They are very friendly. The pest control is exterior primarily and it worked great.

I think that they are reliable and dependable, I don’t have to worry about anything. Their price is definitely competitive.

I've had little to no problems with any insects since and I don't even have to be home for them to come spray. They are very reliable and efficient and show up rain or shine.

I have been using them for about 10 years. They are consistent, and on time. They always call ahead of time. They keep the pests away. There have been some times we've had minor issues. When that has occurred, they respond immediately, and provide additional treatment at no charge. I will continue to use their services.

They are prompt. They call you to see if it is a convenient time to come. They leave you a note to let you know what they have done.They are very professional.

It was free of charge because they came back. They were prompt. When I called back because I had a problem, they scheduled something immediately. The boy that came out was very professional, very clean and he took his shoes off. He was very good.

They do an excellent job. One time they sprayed and I had to call them back and they came right away. Another time when they came back they sent one of their senior people and he was awesome. They are very knowledgeable.

They were great but I had to cancel their services due to the financial constraints. They provided the service and they came back when something did not work. They were very courteous. They were very good in terms of their pricing. I would most definitely use their services again in the future.

I spent about $59 for their service. I was not really happy with them. They did okay. I have a contract with them. They are average. I expected them to do more, but they explained why they didn’t do it. I expected them to spray the inside of my house, but they said that they don’t like people to breathe in too many chemicals in the house. I haven’t seen any bugs in my house, but I thought that’s what they would do. They did spray the outside of the house in the perimeter and they did spray the inside of my garage. That’s what I asked them to do and they did that. They did what they were supposed to do. They weren’t bad. I would use them again because they did explain to me what their services consisted of.

They have competitive prices and have great follow-up. We had issues with ants a couple times, as well as spiders, and they dispatched a tech to address the problem at no charge. We originally signed up for a 12 month contract but now are out of it. we tried a competitor for about ten dollars cheaper per visit, and regretted it. Ended up going back to Bulwark and happy we did.

I have them come out twice for extermination; once in November, 2010 and the other January, 2011. I spend about $58 every time they come out. Our individual exterminator was very pleasant and professional. We had a problem and didn?t realize it was covered by warranty. They took quick action to eradicate our problem. I am unaware about the price factor, as I hail from a northern region, where, termites were not an issue. Hence, people advised me to keep the service on the property. I didn?t choose to go with anyone else, as I never had any complaints with them.

They are great! I have been dealing with them for the past year. They come back if I have any additional problems.

Great service and very affordable. Price is for bimonthly treatments. Treatment for termites was approximately $800.00.

The initial visit was very positive. The technician, sprayed thoroughly inside and the outside of the house. We were told that if there was a problem in between the two month period of treatments just call and they would arrange for someone to come and do another spray. We had a problem, and tried to arrange for another treatment. First, they didn't have any appointments after 5pm or on the weekend like they did originally. My wife took off half of the day to wait for the technician. He never showed up nor did we receive a phone call. When she called, they told her they had messed up everyone's schedule for the day and asked if they could reschedule. Again there wasn't anything available after 5pm or on the weekend, since they were "fitting us into their schedule". So they expect us to take off work again!
