Perfect. The workman arrived on time, was very thorough, and gave clear guidance for going forward. We haven't had a bug since. We're very satisfied with the result.

After I purchased the Big Deal, Bulwark contacted me by phone and email to set up the service. They worked with me to find a convenient time. The day of the appointment, Jeremy, the technician, arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any of my questions. I appreciated his communication skills as he explained everything to me prior to placing the termite bait stations, and even answered some questions I had about other pests. I had checked out their website prior to purchasing their services and I was also impressed with the amount of information on their site, as well as their company's philosophies. The day of the service I received an email from the branch manager welcoming me to the Bulwark family and offering additional information. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and I feel I'm in good hands with Bulwark. I would definitely recommend them highly.

Bulwark was timely and professional. They did a thorough job and I haven't seen our hated kitchen ants since. Will definitely use again in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out really good. They were prompt and they did a really good job. The price was exactly what they said it was and I signed a year contract. I was very impressed with them.

It went well. The exterminator came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and the inspection was complete. I would recommend this company to a friend. I had a few ants this summer and lots of spiderwebs. They were able to get them all. Also they gave future suggestions. I would recommend them. Additionally, I have respiratory problems and the pesticide was ok and it did not bother my asthmatic condition.

The crew of two from Bulwark Exterminating called and wanted to come earlier than the stated appointment. I reluctantly said yes. When they arrived, they drove over my grass beside my driveway, which is fairly new sod. I asked them to move the truck and park on the driveway so my grass would not be damaged further. They moved the truck, but with a bit of "attitude". They never explained what they were doing, so I watched the crew member inside the house. He treated some rooms, and did not treat others. On the outside treatment, I'm not sure what was done, if it was sprayed or not. I found what looked like sawdust all around my house. I suppose this was put out by the crew. I've never had any pest treatment like this before. They evidently spilled a pile of it in my mulched bed and did not clean it up. Overall it was a mediocre experience. I would not use them again.

It turned out great. I loved them. They came when they were suppose to come, they were very pleasant, they found some things in the back yard that they brought to my attention and that was all great.

Experience started off well enough, Garrett spoke with me by phone after the Big Deal purchase. He gave specific details about what to expect on the day of service. The appointment was a block type (10am-12 pm. Advised to expect a telephone call one-half hour prior to arrival. I called the office at 12:15 pm and left a message saying that no one had arrived or called to alert me of when they may be arrivin

We bought their Big Deal; we did not pay more than the deal amount. It would have cost a lot more if it was not for the deal. The service gentleman was very wonderful and we have noticed a difference. He was here within a week and he came back after twenty one days for the second application and we expect him in another twenty one days for the third application. They would always call and/or e-mail and say the person would be here within a three hour window. He would knock on the door, give us a paper to sign, and we would need to stay indoors for forty five minutes to an hour. We would bring inside all of our pets and water. We also have backyard chickens, so we would have to put them into the garage. The gentleman even helped us herd our chickens into the garage. He said he grew up on a farm and it brought back old days. He was very professional and prompt. He puts on a type of a mask on himself because it is an air spray. I always call my neighbors to tell them to keep their pets indoors for the next hour. We have been very pleased with the service. We like to sit out on our front porch and normally we were just getting eaten alive but we really do notice the difference now.

Although the service person arrived a little later than I was told to expect him, once he arrived he told me what he would be doing inside the house and outside the house and then performed those duties. Basically he put some powder around every entry that a pest could come in that would kill them (not harmful to birds or pets). He then did the same thing around the outside of the house. The powder gets rid of ALL the creepy-crawleys that you don't want in your house or biting you when you are outside. The areas that I mentioned having seen creepy pests come in, like ants, lizards, etc., he paid special attention to and got rid of several spider webs that were in the windows. I felt that the attention given to my concerns were addressed very well and would definitely use this company again.

Initially! There were some scheduling problems due to their receptionist (miscommunication) and the second scheduled appointment was (Postponed) due to the weather (rain). The next scheduled appointment was kept and the employee was here as stated and was very professional and did a "Great Job"! The Company has some (communication) issues with their scheduling personnel and the (Installing employees) After I called to (Complain) about the rescheduled appointment being messed up I (never) received a call back as to my question of (Why)? I feel like the Company needs to take the time to ensure proper communication between their office secretary and the scheduling employees who perform the work. Otherwise everything went fine! I did send an e-mail to the supervisor commending their (Installer) Jeremy Stevens on his professionalism and work ethic. I would definitely use this company again to see if the communication (Gap) was (resolved).

Significant ant problem. Still had ants several days after first treatment. They came back out and retreated no questions asked. Very responsive and professional.

They had good service. They were very professional and punctual. The treatment was just not as effective as I had hoped in my situation.

They did a great job! They are probably the best pest control I have ever had out to my house! I think the bugs went running after these guys showed up!

The company appeared at the agreed upon time, but, at the time their representative indicated that he did not have enough traps to complete the job. Completion lingered for about 2 weeks and I had to inquire twice before the installation was actually completed. It appeared that management was completely unaware that my job had not been completed. Hopefully the quarterly checks and treatments, if required, will be handled better.

We purchased a "special" deal on Angie's List for 3 mosquito treatments for $150 total. I called to schedule the first treatment and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come out (June 26) within a week of my call. The mosquitos had prevented us from enjoying our backyard or even doing yard work. I was skeptical that the treatments would work, especially with all the rain that occurred after the initial treatment. But to our surprise, after the treatment, the mosquito population almost disappeared and we have been able to regain the use of our yard. They automatically came to do the second treatment in mid July without our having to call to remind them. Today (July 29) I was able to trim the large azalea hedge in our front yard without even one mosquito bite. We definitely plan to schedule them again next year for mosquito treatments and are considering using the company for our regular pest control.

Provider has been to provide two of the treatments. All going well.

Randall arrived on time and was well prepared. He confirmed and explained the services I was getting and then surveyed the premises. He got his materials and went to work. He was fast and efficient. Randall has a great personality and made me feel secure that my home would be protected from common pests for the duration. I would use Bulwark Exterminating against thanks to Randall.
