Excellent. Very professional and very responsive. the tech arrived on time. The work ws comprehensive and thorough. based on my experience I put one house on annual contract and have asked for service on the other one. A very pleasant experince.

Getting the initial treatment was a bit difficult to schedule, but once it was done, the remaining treatments went without a hitch.

It was very easy to schedule my first treatment. The representative showed up as scheduled and was very friendly and professional. He explained the service and discussed the potential issues with my neighbor's yards. I am very happy with their service and the results.

They called and scheduled each appointment. They were prompt and professional. I would definitly use them again.

When we moved to Raleigh, some of our neighbors told us we would need a Mosquito service! We were excited to see the offer on Angie's list since money is tight right after a move. We noticed a significant reduction in mosquitoes the same evening the yard was sprayed. He even offered to come back a bit early for the second treatment if the first spray did not last long. He has now completed the third spraying and we were totally satisified with Bulwark Exterminating and would definatley use him again!

It is amazing! We have a lot of mosquitos in our yard due to bamboo on one side. Scheduling was very easy and they arrived on time. After the treatments, I can now enjoy my backyard with being bitten.

I know its hard to get rid of roaches but I felt like it was a struggle to repeatedly get them to come back over and over and over again. I think they should have someone manage those jobs and follow up. We finally had to give in and hire another company to get rid of them bc it was costing my customers money to have their property vacant for over a month while they treated.

Sent us a bill with no explanation for $79 after the service was performed. When we called we were told they didn't mark in their system that it was a sale price from Angie's List. I wonder if they sent out bills hoping a few people might pay them to generate some extra money. Several plants were trampled by the installer as he dug holes to install the termite spikes. My wife also asked the technician about a black wasp problem we were having and she gave him a few dead insects. He stated he would take them back and call back with a course of action. He never called and when my wife called back to ask why we were never contacted she was told the technician stated "I already spoke to your husband about this issue" Well that was a flat out lie as I have never spoken to anyone from this company. This company needs to work on their ethics and professionalism.

My first phone contact --with a man--was good, I thought, but somehow they missed the mark completely. No one showed up the next day as scheduled ! ( He had tried to talk me into a contract on the phone for more treatments, but I said I'd like to wait on that.) So I called back-- when no one showed--there was no record of my call and appointment at all......upsetting, because I had cancelled something to stay home for them that day. The operator this time, a woman, corrected everything and we made another appointment for two days later. The man who came to the house was wonderful. Very thorough. I had some questions and he explained everything well. Explained the treatment, and did the service quickly and apparently thoroughly. Explained the guarantee that if I see any insects within 60 days to let them know. He also mentioned the 'contract' for more service, but was not pushy. So-- overall-- a good experience, but the first 'miss' made it very upsetting. I would probably use them again.

Once we set up the intial treatment, they automatically set up visits 2 and 3 at the agreed upon intervals. They called each time before they came. Before their service, I would be outside for 30 minutes and get about 40 mosquite bites. I can now be in my back yard for hours with NO mosquito bites! I will definitely call them again next year!!

While I had initial issues with the bureaucratic part of the contract services, Bulwark contacted me directly to discuss my problems. They admitted they've had some training issues with the Angie's List process. They were concerned about my experience and wanted to address it. I appreciate their efforts to make amends for the problem. Their actual extermination services were top notch, on time and at a good price. Update 10/3/15 - These guys are STILL calling me and hounding me to buy more services, or calling to tell me I am scheduled for services and they will be here on X date. They are like a bad rash, they simply WILL NOT go away. I need an exterminator for this exterminator.

Excellent would use them again

They contacted me almost immediately after I purchased the Deal, which I appreciated. They were prompt and one time for their appointments, and sent email reminders the day before that included a picture of the technician that would be out for the service. While we still had some mosquitos, the service was worth it.

We have been using them every month for last 8 years. Except for a few times, their treatment has kept the house bug free. Only a couple of times over the years we have asked them to do a treatment or follow up in the house which solves the problem. The cost is $70 every 2 months. They recently had a modest increase in cost, but continue to do an excellent job.

We had the service performed for the big deal. The service went great. We had a fantastic experience with the company. We have continued to use the company when we need them.

the young man sent by the company was very polite, knowledgeable and did an excellent job of spraying and working around pets inside. everything wet smoothly.

They did an initial interior and exterior pest treatment and laid traps for mice in and around the garage. They put stuff behind the electrical outlets, in the corners and throughout the exterior of the home. They swept away all the interior/exterior cobwebs. They answered all of my questions and always treated us nicely. They came back to collect the rodent traps and helped us isolate problem areas and correct them. This is a wonderful company and they know what they are doing.

Came to spray the backyard for Mosquitos. Very courteous and made sure the pets were indoors and when to allow them out afterwards. I will use them again next summer.

They sprayed for bugs and said we should not have any bugs for 2 months, so far so good.

They were professional, through and fast. My problem was solved for a great introductory price and I couldn't be happier.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and on a scale of 1 to 10 the experience was about a 6. They used three different preparations. Inside the house they used something that was in a spray can. Then up in the attic they used a granular substance that is supposed to control silverfish. Outside around the house they used another liquid based product that was mixed in a tank and applied with a sprayer. I could tell some difference on the silverfish and in the bugs that I normally see outside the house. From time to time I was seeing bugs in the house prior to the application. I have seen a decrease in some of the inside bugs, however their advertised service was removal of spider webs and cob webs and then an application to treat that. They did not remove them and whatever they used has been pretty much ineffective against the spiders. I did not call them back and let them know. They were about 20 minutes late arriving for our appointment, but they did call me within the two hour window that was originally established to let me know they would be 20 minutes late.

Very pleased with service and glad we purchased 3 month deal. Seemed to be a little bit of a problem scheduling service initially. When I originally called to schedule it was the week before July 4th holiday and they told me they could probably be out before the holiday but that someone else would call to schedule actual appointment. They were not able to schedule before the holiday, but did schedule for early the next week. The day of the 1st service there was some confusion in the scheduling and they had planned to send a "inside house bug tech", not a "mosquito tech" - I discovered this when he called to let me know he was on his way and needed access to the inside of the house. They resolved the issue immediately and a mosquito tech was there at the scheduled time. The mosquito tech very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Our mosquito problems were GREATLY reduced after spraying. The 2nd spraying (in August) went fine and was convenient. We were out of town and didn't even have to worry about scheduling or being around for 2nd visit. We would use this contractor again!!
