I found them professional and punctual in time. Very polite while he was on the site.walked the house with me while I explained for him where I thought the pests, ants and webs were. The service person arrived at the appointed time. I highly recommend them for the service they do.

Showed up on time and was very professional. Asked us several questions about the type of bugs we had seen and where and then really concentrated on the suspected areas of entry. Sprayed around the house and then let us know he was finished and left. Very cordial and professional the whole time.

Due to a lot of rain the prior week, I had to reschedule my service. Bulwark was very accommodating. On 10/21/13, the Bulwark Tech (Joel) arrived on time, was neat in appearance, and listened to the concerns I had. In particular, I get a small ant invasion a couple of times a year in my kitchen. Joel treated all the windows, several outlet areas, around the house, and under the house in the crawl space. He also went around the house knocking down cobwebs. Joel explained the treatment would be effective for three months, and gave me a list of pesticides that he applied. I felt very satisfied that I got good value for my money. In the past week, since the treatment, I have noticed a significant reduction of pests around the house. ******************************************* UPDATE: I continued to use this provider for several months, but noticed that my "treatments" were less effective when they came on days I wasn't home. On the last service date I would use them, I pretended to not be home (didn't answer the door when the technician rang it, and put my car in the garage) and watched to see how thorough my treatment would be. I also had found a black widow spider setting up shop inside my crawl space door, so I was eager to see if she would be dealt with. After ringing my bell, the tech went back to his truck and was on his phone for 15 + minutes. He would eventually start work, spending a total of 6 minutes making a couple of puddles of pesticide on my back deck and driveway. He then sat in his truck for another 15-20 minutes on his phone texting or gaming. The company must be using GPS to track how long their techs are at homes. No spider webs or spiders were addressed, and my ant problem continues....... but I won't be using Bulwark again. I have downgraded them from an A to a D.

They were good. My husband was here when they came so I didn’t really had much interaction with them. It was a month or 2 before we called them.

The service person arrived at the appointed time, walked the house with me while I explained for him where I thought the pests were entering the home. He explained what material he would use and why. He further demonstrated for my information and approval where the material would be applied and why. He explained what pest would be effected and the period I could expect this treatment to be effective. He went about his work as explained. When the job was completed he summarized for me what was done and again the results I could expect. This person was friendly, efficient and informative. In closing he provided a contact number should the treatment provided prove ineffective in any way.

I saw the daily deal on Angie's List and called inquiring on more details. I was satisfied with what I heard and purchased the initial service. My initial treatment was scheduled 3 days after my initial contact. The service man was prompt and professional. He listened to my concerns about the pests I was seeing and we spoke about the maintenance treatments. I was very pleased with the service performed - no more bugs and I signed up for the maintenance treatments every 2 months. I would highly recommend their services.

The young man (Joel I believe) was very personable and professional and explained everything before and after the treatment. He was thorough and wasted no time. The treatment was very effective and I will use Bulwark Exterminators in the future.

The Serviceman arrived on time as scheduled and did a very punctual and professional & thorough job. I would recommend this company for their service and plan to use them again in the near future.

They came out yesterday, and did a great job. I was very impressed and they even took care of my yellowjackets. The gentleman that came out was extremely professional. Very concienscous about his work. He seemed to enjoy what he does.

They are very responsive. I call them and they come. They are very customer friendly.

They were very accommodating of my schedule, which meant that they had to come by my home in the evening. The first time they did only the outside, as I was already in bed, not feeling well. They returned in a few days to treat the inside. Both treaters were very professional. I will now be using this exterminator on a regular basis.

I definitely noticed a drop in the number of mosquitoes. They didn't completely disappear but there was a noticable improvement.

We were having serious pest issues (roaches and silverfish, specifically). The technician (Daryle Gee) arrived early and got right to work. He provided exterior liquid and granulated pest extermination and prevention as well as interior in-wall, corner, and under-surface extermination and preventative measures. Since he came and provided these services we have not seen a single cockroach or silverfish (except for the dead ones on the side walk and drive way that are clear evidence that he was very thorough). He was easy to talk to and work with and was very good about working around our messy home and two kids who were home from school at the time. Excellent and prompt service. We ended up signing up for bi-monthly pest inspection with them.

I'm still trying to get an appointment.. I talked with a technician while at work during a very busy time. I own a café and was called right in the middle of my lunch rush even though I have given my home number as a contact. I called the number that was left for me to call and all I get is that the party I'm trying to call has not set up his voice mail; yet so there is no way to leave him a message. I've called 5 times so far and haven';t reached anyone. I bought a special pricing home pest treatment. I would like to get my home treated and would love to give Bulwark a try. There reviews were good, but my experience has not been good to this point and if I can't resolve this soon, I would like a refund.

Went very well. Had to reschedule once because of heavy rain. Arrived on time almost to the minute. Explained treatment and the 60-day warranty. Knew his product and process. Would use them again.

Very professional service and careful explanation of what was being done and what to watch for over the subsequent few weeks. Materials used inside had no odor and were child and pet safe. Materials used ouside were generousl applied and pet safe after drying (30 minutes recommended).

My review is for Daryle Gee, the tech that came out for my appointment. He arrived on time, reviewed the contract, explained what he was doing and the products to my satisfaction. He respected my home and was professional at all times. The low rating is for the Bulwark Co. When reviewing the contract I noticed that it was written for a year round bi-monthly service. I had purchased, on Angie s List a one time service. Daryle immediately called his supervisor for clarification. I could hear a man yelling on the phone. Daryle told me that the contract was being changed. He then proceeded to do the work. I would highly recommend Daryle as an exceptional employee but would highly advise anyone from using Bulwark Exterminating. I can only guess the yelling was about not selling the year long contract, I could be wrong, but why would an employer yell so loud at an employee that I could hear it across the room? I give Daryle a five star review and Bulwark a 0.

Everything went great. In fact after the fact, it was determined that I had had a termite infestation, and the treatment eliminated the infestation. But the treatment eliminated the colony.

Both technicians I had were very professional, nice, timely, and quick. I saw more live bugs inside a few weeks after the initial treatment, and they came back to re-treat for no additional cost.

Everything went very well. The tech was professional and great about explaining all that was being done. He treated inside and outside the house and also in the crawl space. In addition, he removed reachable cobwebs around the exterior of the house.

Technician reached out quickly after purchase to schedule the appointment and was able to come out the following day. Technician arrive on time and service was conducted quickly and thoroughly with all questions answered.
