Bulwark Exterminating

This was a deal via Angie's list. We were bothered by large roaches and camel crickets. The service on the phone and scheduling were crisp. The mechanic was especially impressive: knowledgeable and professional. The service came with a 60 day warranty; when we spotted a few bugs, the mechanic promptly returned.

Very well. We have not seen any insects since the treatment. They were very thorough, were punctual, and explained everything they did. They gave a guarantee and called to make sure everything went well and we got the results we expected. They encouraged us to call if we had any issues at all. I was impressed with their service.

This was unlike any other company we have used. They came several weeks ago, we've had no issues so far!

I originally used Bulwark through an Angie's list deal. They immediately got in touch with me to set us service. I found them to be very knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. I have since signed up for a monthly service with them and have continued to be very happy with their service.

Scheduling is good, they communicate well. They come out every two months. They do prevent pest spraying for interior and exterior as well. We got into a long term maintenance package with the company. The company is someone I would highly rate.

There was some initial confusion about the date of service but it was quickly resolved. Joel was the technician and he looked for places of entry and set out bait and glue traps. will return 1/2/14 to see if any of the baits/traps worked. he was very professional

Contacting them to schedule became incredibly challenging and we even missed the deadline for when we scheduled. Thankfully, the gentleman (Patrick?) I was working with offered me a free service to offset the challenges we had getting things scheduled. Tim, our technician was prompt, kind, and very helpful. He explained what he was doing, took the time to understand our concerns, and even came back within 2 weeks of his initial spraying to take care of some pesky spiders we were having issues with. We haven't scheduled our 'free' appointment yet but so long as that goes well we will definitely be using Bulwark and Tim again in the future.

Technician arrived on time and got to work right away. He was very polite, professional, and informative and helped me understand my pest issues and what steps I can take to cut back on them. So far I have not see a single roach since my home was treated. I am looking forward to continuing business with Bulwark Exterminating moving forward!

Daryl Gee who performed the pest-control service was a polite, professional, competent individual. Daryl did a thorough job of inspecting and treating my home.

Arrived on time, did the job quickly, making sure to use stuff that would not hurt my dog. A very good experience. Would use again if I weren't moving to Louisiana and I think it's outside their service range.

They were very fast to schedule and I'm on a maintenance contract with them. It went good, they came back one time because we are having some issues and they sprayed again for me.

Technician was on time and did a good job. He had a good attitude and it showed in his work ethics.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out pretty good. The guy who came out seemed polite, and thorough. The work turned out well, we haven't had any bugs. The service that they did happened to be a transition of a quarterly treatment. I didn't pay anythingn extra for that treatment. They called me the next day after I bought the deal, and they came out after about 3 or 4 days.

Bulwark arrived promptly and were very friendly. I have not seen any spiders since. Love that!

Bulwark performed interior and exterior pest treatment. By far, the most successful pest treatment we've ever had. The tech was exceptional too! We will only use them in the future.

Took advantage of a special through Angie's List and received a great deal for both my house and my daughter's. Inside/outside extermination service. Was able to schedule a convenient time, minor mix-up on which house was first but both are near each other. The service provider did a thorough job, making sure all areas were accessed and sprayed. Clean spider webs from corners. Professional and pleasant. I will use them again and will recommend Bulwark.

The technician sprayed on the outside and inside of our home including an attached utility room as well as in the crawl space. In addition he removed outside spider webs from around the outside of the house. Inside the house the technician also removed and sprayed behind wall outlets on the outer walls within the house. Technician was very respectful and professional during his visit.

Performed interior and exterior extermination services. Returned to perform follow-up interior services (included with service). We saw some return activity, which they told us to expect. Getting the initial appointment was challenging - lots of phone tag and voicemails - but the appointment was made very quickly once we got in touch with other and the follow-up service was as well. Decided to continue treatments for 1 year.

It was okay. I told them too that I was not signing up for any long term contract and they didn't harass me; I really appreciate that. They sprayed the bugs and the bugs died. He came when he said he was going to come and that was pretty good. I don't don't have any complaints. The professionalism was great.
