It went very well. They showed up on time and were professional. I would use them again if I needed to.

They were great! Arrived on time, performed necessary treatment, provide 60day warranty. Will definitely use them again.

It went fine. The guy was very cooperative with scheduling.

Provider indicated that they removed call spider webs and other insect nests, however, upon later inspection, the provider did perform the work as described.

My feeling was that first visit was done perhaps too quickly to be complete/effective but there are unconditional return visits so I was not concerned. In fact pests did reappear within a week or so and I called them back. Return visit was scheduled very promptly and addressed more thoroughly problem areas (kitchen, bathrooms, crawl space). Also recommended additional measures we could/should take as homeowners (non-threatening related). Very happy with second visit. They also called back within a few days to see if everything was OK. It is very clear that they are committed to making sure their customers are satisfied!

It went fine. The worker was polite and careful and explained what he was doing. All communications with the company were clear and courteous. We had not really seen many creatures, and we saw none after treatment, so I would say that the treatment was effective.

They prompt, friendly, informative, and took me through everything that they were going to do. When the work was done, we walked the project, and showed me exactly what they did. This was one of the Angie’s list specials but I would probably use them anyway because they were professional, would this closing, and made sure that I understood everything that was done. From the materials that we were going to use, how and why they were going to be apply, and final work through so that I could see the work that was actually done. I had other exterminators here and once they did the treatment, no problems at all. They were very responsive, punctual, and professional. I am going to have them for the spring.

It was a very simple appointment. They were very professional and efficient.

So far so good. This is a service for every other month. I'll let you know how well it worked in the spring/summer when hopefully I won't see any roaches, etc.

They were absolutely wonderful. I was a little wigged out by the number and size of the spiders that I saw around (and occasionally *IN*) my temporary apartment which was in the same neighborhood as the home I was building. I didn't want creepy crawly things in my beautiful new house! I closed on the house in the morning and they were out by the end of the day to do a thorough spraying. I was glad we did it that way because they were able to get in all the little nooks and crannies before we moved in all the boxes. The technician was very professional and nice. He explained everything he was doing and he was insistent that if I had any bugs in the house they'd come right out. Good news! Two months in the house and I haven't had one unwanted visitor :) I have seen a spider or two in my detached garage, but they didn't spray that, so no fault of theirs. The fact that I've seen an occasional spider in the garage and yet never in the house, I think that is evidence that not only are they professional, their system is EFFECTIVE! Keep up the good work!

Daryle Gee was punctual, personable and professional. Went through and sprayed powder into ground level electric receptacles, sprayed ground level areas inside. He was able to to identify the type of pest and where it was coming from to make sure it would be not be showing up again. I will call this company and request Daryle the next time I need any pest intervention. All pests are gone and have not returned.

They did what they said they would do and they came out the one time and they were willing to come back, but I didn't - I just wanted the one time. And so they did - it was fine. No complaints. They went around the house and outside and did what the offer described on the inside, and so that was it. It didn't take a whole long time, but it was accurate.

I was having a sudden, massive sugar ant invasion and tried every home method - Bulwark did a great job and completely eliminated the problem. Haven't seen an ant since. The guy who came out was very friendly and professional. I'd definitely use them again.

It turned out fine and overall they did a good job. They scheduling was very good. They got the job done in about 45 minutes. I was satisfied with the service.

I bought the Big Deal for the Rodent Exclusion Package from Bulwark Exterminating in Morrisville, NC. When I contacted Bulwark to set up an appointment, they told me they do not handle squirrel problems. I have squirrel problems. (Since squirrels are rodents, I assumed they would be able to help.) Bulwark has been very helpful otherwise, so I think this problem could be chalked up to insufficient information with the offer.

Technician was very professional and capable. Was timely and proficient in completing work.

They came out twice within 30 days and after both treatments there were bugs still crawling around. We had 1-2 bugs a year prior to treatment and now we have more. They refused to come back and try again unless we signed up for maintenance program. Since the original offer was never fulfilled that was out of the question. After arbitration our monies were returned. If they would have only provided a service that delivered, we may have entertained a maintenance program.

Had some issues getting the services scheduled, but after speaking with the owner have resolved the problem and am satisfied with the service we had. The actual service went very well and Jeremy Stevens did a very good job explaining areas we could prevent future issues and future treatments to consider.

The appointment for the rental property had to be rescheduled because the tech was running too late for my tenant. For the rescheduled appointment, he still didn't show up until after the scheduled window had already expired. Once performed, the service was good._x000D_|_x000D_|For the service at my own home, the process was explained to me on the phone when I scheduled. I was told the tech would spray the exterior foundation, put out bait in the yard and would treat the interior by spraying inside the walls. The tech that came out was very friendly, but when I asked about spraying in the walls he told me that it isn't necessary for a house on a crawl space and that only treating the crawl space is a better option. However, the number of bugs in our house increased significantly immediately after his treatment. I had to call and have somebody come back out to spray inside the walls. When I called to have them come back out, I was told on the phone that he should have done that during his initial treatment. After the second trip, bugs in the house reduced to almost zero, so that treatment seemed very effective._x000D_|_x000D_|Overall, the treatment (when actually performed) seems to work well. Consistency in communication and ease of scheduling could use some work.

Having recently moved into a new home we wanted to start our pest service immediately, stopping problems before they start. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Randall's area and we couldn't be happier. Randall was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. After just one application, we know we'll be customers for years to come. Keep up the great work!
