It went absolutely amazing he was very nice!

First, we got to observe Steven Johnson perform service on a neighbor - after watching him we decided to try Bulwark. He called prior to arriving, arrived on time. He treated areas of the house no other exterminating company had ever done - for example our screen room. He was very thorough and professional - high attention to detail. Our house was done top to bottom, for a variety of bugs and pests. Areas I usually have to remind other exterminators to check he did routinely - even all the way out to mailbox. Granules and spray. All webs knocked down - even in garage. After finishing reviewed what he did, what he found, Even gave us a good hack around using windex to through off bug pheromones. Highly recommend we have tried quite a few - Bulwark and Steven Johnson go above and beyond

Matt is awesome! He's professional, knowledgeable, caring, and very friendly. He goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done thoroughly, and I love that. He exudes such positive, genuine energy. He even helped me move a heavy box from one car to another...certainly not part of his job description!

Steven Johnson was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained that the product used for the indoors are natural and organic, and also told us that the company can spray in between regular visits at no extra charge if necessary.

A guy came out and did an okay job, but the ants were still there. Then we asked for Daryle and he did a great job. I will have to remember to ask for him by name.

Thomas Pulliam was the technician who arrived at the start of the arrival window. I was impressed with the promptness. He also took extra time to explain to me what he was doing and how the treatment worked. I was pleased with the evaluation and treatment provided.

Elizabeth and Melinda came today to my house to re-do a whole pest control spray today and they both did an awsome job. They had their face masks and also they took their time to go over all places that needed treatment. They ere kind and effective in their job.

Our tech Will Walker was patient, professional, and thorough, although it was near the end of a long, hot day. He also did a great job of observing COVID safety protocols.

Bulwark Exterminating does a great job treating my home seasonally for pests. Daryle Gee comes 5x a year for $89 each time they come. The first time they are very thorough with spraying heavily inside and out (inside is an environmentally friendly for pets spray they put behind switchplates and varies areas, and outside they spray around perimeter of house). They did a very thorough job of showing me pics where I had wasps nests starting and removed them as well as laying friendly spider traps in garage. They took care of any problem areas I had seen spiders also. I think they do a great job and I will continue using them. They moved with me when I moved houses and we just continued the same contract. They were very prompt in returning phone calls and working to make sure I was happy with service. Great company! My technician, Daryle Gee, was very friendly and make sure to value my time and was so considerate while working inside and outside the home.

Jonathan Ferguson did a great job finding a ton of termites in our yard and seeing old termite evidence in our house. He set up a preventative treatment and spot treated some of the huge beds in tree trunks around our house. He was very professional and did a great job educating me on the process and severity of my problem.

Randall is the best! Listens to what my issues are and then handles it. Great follow up. Very professional.

Eric is one of the techs who comes to our house. He does an outstanding job. He is personable and is very thorough both outside and inside. The Bulwark approach to creating a barrier outside to prevent bugs from entering seems to work well.
