Explained what he was going to do and why. Answered any questions that I had. Seemed to be knowledgeable about his field. Went about his work efficiently and was very considerate of any privacy issues.

Andrew explained everything and did a great job. No more bugs! I have this company coming now for regular treatment.

The owner was very professional and was punctual. He treated every room in the house and around the perimeter of the home in about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, after two days I did see spiders inside the home.

The termite treatment went really well and they've been very professional with me. This was the first time I'd used them and I've ordered two other services from them. So far, so good!

The person that came to my house to do the pest control treatment was a few minutes late. The whole process took less than an hour. He took off the power outlet covers and sprayed the inner walls of the house. Overall he did a nice job, except he didn't clean up the excessive treatment powder has accumulated on my laundry and counter tops.

They were good people. They inadvertently signed us up for a year long package and they cleared up the miscommunication within a couple of weeks. Scheduling was fine. They were very professional and good with communication regarding the chemicals they were using. The cost was better than average.

I have been on an every other month plan with Bulwarkfor 2014. Always lets me know by email when they are coming. Always asks if there are any special areas that need treatment.

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and prompt. The service was supposed to include removal of cobwebs, but the technician had left his brush at an earlier site. He said he'd come back and remove them later in the week from outside my crawl space and perhaps he did, but when I checked a week later, they were still there. Overall, however, I was pleased with the professional and friendly service. The company does automatically enroll you in a service contract, which I did not know when I purchased the Big Deal, but you can opt out. The technician made sure to point that out.

We bought a deal for initial extermination treatment on a house we own. They responded promptly to schedule the work, and completed the work in less than a week. The residents reported that they were happy with the service. Assuming that there will be no post-treatment issues within the 60-day warranty period, we're happy too.

Technician was on time with a full review of the pest he is treating for and asked if I had any concerns or problem with any particular pest. Treated inside and the perimeter of the house. He was polite, knowledgeable and through.

Very nice guy, very knowledgeable. My only issue is that I got "pressure sales" to purchase a monthly contract, costing about $38/mo. I only wanted the one service and the guy kept having to call his manager to see if it was ok that I was not purchasing an extended contract. I felt a bit pressured into purchasing and ultimately turned it down, but did not like the tactics used to get me to buy a contract. I also read in the fine print that I would have a cancellation fee if I cancelled the extended contract early, but they were unable to tell me what that fee was besides saying "it's not as much as cancelling a cell phone". Otherwise, good service and nice guys.

It went well. When I saw a return of a slight problem, they came right out and took care of it.

Daryll called to let me know the approximate time he would arrive at my home. He arrived on time. He introduced himself and took his shoes off before entering the home. He went over all the paperwork before starting. He explained all the particulars to me concerning the process. He sprayed and treated all areas. He explained that I should give the treatment about a week before I would see no more pest. He stated if I did see anything after about a week, inside or outside, I should give them a call so they can come back and retreat any necessary areas. He was very nice and professional. He also left me a business card. Overall excellent service.

I have them come out once a quarter to spray for mosquitoes. I can see a difference since they've started coming out. Although they mostly just stay out in the yard and spray, they're also very knowledgeable and answer my questions.

Removed cobwebs from outside of house, applied appropriate insect repelants inside and out. Technician arrived right on time, very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

It went great. Garrett called me within 24 hours of my buying the great deal on Angie's List and explained everything in detail. He also worked with me to add some more services re: insects (not just rodents). I then got a call and had an appointment within 3 days! Joel was prompt and very professional and friendly when he came. He explained all that he was doing and why. It took less than an hour.

Upon inspection it was discovered that it wasn't rodents but Bats, the technician referred us to another company, since they do not remove bats.

Service tech was professional and prompt. I did not see any difference in the frequency of ants and spiders after the treatment. It is hard to say if I got my money's worth.

I have used Bulwark for many years. They always call a day or two ahead to let me know they are coming. When they arrive the ring the doorbell to let me know they are working. I do not have much interaction with them on service calls. But they are very helpful when I have needed to talk to them by phone.

Provider was very professional and kept the scheduled appointment time. Did a great job and explained everything. Effective treatment, safe to use around animals.

The exterminator transitioned his work from the old owner to me, the new owner without charging me the initiation fee. The technician, Darryl was great. He was personable, knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. He knew his products and what they would do to my home and to the bugs. He educated me on the differences between pest control in NC and my old State (TX). He was thorough, even sweeping the beams outside my home to be sure there weren't any cobwebs hanging around. He looked for rodent residue in both attics and I'm happy to say he found none. Then, he crawled into my crawl space at no extra charge (normally it costs extra) and he treated the crawl space. He worked around the stuff that is not yet unpacked in the garage. I was very pleased with his work and the time he took to be sure I was comfortable with him and his service. The price was reasonable. They will be coming back every two months to keep the perimeter of my house protected and will come in to treat the inside whenever it needs to be done.

Technician appeared knowledgable and took his time answering all our questions. He was very courteous and professional. Plan on having him come back in a few months. Only problem we had was a computer scheduling issue.
