Bulwark Exterminating

That turned out okay. The last time they came out was a month ago. The treatment has reduced the population, but have not gotten rid of all the mosquitoes to our satisfaction.

That turned out really good. They were timely and did a really good job. This was for a mice extermination. A couple of employees came out, one in particular came out several times. He checked the traps and to see if the treatment was working. He did an excellent job and he was a wonderful to work with. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+.

The service, including the customer service in scheduling and after as well as the exterminator was great. Literally my only complaint was that they were late, missing the window I had been given. I called a little after the window to see what happened, and they said he'd be there soon, and he was. But I would have appreciated a call to change when I should expect them to arrive since you have to be home to let them in and it therefore interrupts the work day.

Appreciate their honesty. Did not need service, as I was in warranty.

Bulwark was great. The treatment worked really well to get rid of our mosquitos. Also, it rained heavily several times in between treatments, and they came back out to spray again for no additional charge. My only bad experience was that I sent an e-mail to them through their website, and they never responded. I finally had to call.

Very nice person and informed me of everything he was doing. About 2 weeks later got a call back to see how it was going we still had a few bugs in the house so he said he would send another person out to re-spray and that they wanted to keep their customers happy. This is one of the best services I have gotten and Bulwark is excellent in taking care of me.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They completed the work for both the interior and exterior. We ended up signing up for a bi-monthly treatment plan with them as well. So far, everything has been good.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. I has been over a week, have not seen a live bug inside - I like it.

Bulwark was very friendly and came out and really listened to our concerns and performed an in depth service call based on our needs.

Randall from Bulwark is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Randall does our quarterly pest service and he recently fixed our indoor wasp issue. I called on a Tuesday with concern about the wasps in our home given I have 2 young children with allergies to stings and the very next day Randall addressed the issue. He also gave me details about the type of wasp which was very educational and comforting. Bulwark follows up with a courtesy call to be sure the services were satisfactory as they always are. I highly recommend Bulwark!

My experience has been just fine. They are responsive and professional. They take care of business. There is usually one person here doing the treatments. and they are prompt for the appointment.

It went fine. Scheduling was very easy. They sent one technician showed up on time, did his job, and did a good job. He also explained exactly what he was going to do. I have not seen any bugs.

I signed up for regular service, and was billed although the guy never showed up. I cancelled service. It got into a he said/she said thing. They claimed that the driver's GPS went to my house on a particular day when my wife was working from home. She never saw him, the dog never barked, the roaches did not die. They sent me to collections.

It went very well. Joel was prompt, courteous, & patiently answered all my questions. I'm very leary of having chemicals sprayed in & around my home, but can't live with ants all over the cat's food either. He used a plant-based product indoors very strategically placed. Then he sprayed something stronger on the outside. After 3 attempts to put the cat food dish back in place, the ants kept coming back. I called & they came back the next day & treated the area again. This time the regional manager came. He was also prompt, courteous, professional & addressed my concerns adequately. If the ants return again, they will come back again at no charge. There was a lot of rain right after the first treatment & this could account for the first treatment not being effective. I particularly like that both gentlemen removed their shoes before entering my home. Update 10/13/14: The initial treatment did not solve the ant problem. They came back several times at no extra charge & finally the ants are gone. The service plan for treatment every other month was not affordable for me & I called to cancel. I was told that there are other options such as every 3 months, which I have chosen. I find the young man to be very professional, courteous, & willing to answer my questions. I like that he wears plastic booties when he enters my home.

I wish more companies were this responsive and provided this type of excellent service. We will continue to recommend Bulwark to our neighbors and friends.

They were quick to respond and schedule the service. Provided the treatment on the day scheduled. Overall very good.

It went really well. They did a really good job. We had them treat an investment property that's unoccupied. They were able to come when we weren't there and they left a note. When we were there, they explained what they'd be doing in detail. It seemed like a good quality product and a good deal.

It went well. Scheduling was easy and according to my request. I wanted to have my utilities marked in advanced since they were going to be digging with an auger. They agreed that that was a good idea. The procedure went quickly and smoothly. The system requires monitoring throughout the year, and I’ve only had the install – no monitoring as of yet. My only problem was communication in the office -- I think there is a weak link in communication between the office and the techs in the field.

The biggest challenge was getting the service scheduled. I called four times to schedule the service but no one was available at that time and I missed their calls when they called back. Very frustrating. After two weeks I was finally able to speak with someone who could schedule the service. The service tech actually arrived earlier than scheduled and initially told me over the phone that he couldn't start the treatment without my signature. He called the office and got an exception. I arrived just as he was completing the service. The technician was very professional and described to me all the services he performed. They gave me a 30 day warranty on their service. Overall, he did a great job and I'm very satisfied with the results.

Good. I was not interested in an annual contract. My interest was just a call as needed. They wanted me to be part of a monthly plan I could not commit to. They were responsive and very professional.

The provider arrived on time. He explained everything he was going to do. He went over the contract. He explained that I could cancel at any time. I have three big dogs so he was very patient with me while I moved the dogs around so he could treat all areas of my home. The downstairs was treated first, then the garage. He then treated the upstairs so that I could move my dogs downstairs. He treated the yard last and removed cob webs. He was very professional and I would definitely use this company again.

I think this is a great company. Part of this is my fault because I assumed it was a pest control company when it was a specialized termite company. When I need this service, I will call Bulwark.

They were proactive in making the appointment, confirmed with a call, and were willing to reschedule. The only reason for the B is that we still have smoky roaches in the office and a few silverfish upstairs, but it seemed to take care of the rest. I'd use them again.

It went as well as it could.
