The guy came on time and the mosquitos are GONE. There was a mixup about the original appointment (that's why the 4 stars on Punctuality and Responsiveness), but once that was straightened out, things went well.

I was able to arrange the appointment quickly, however, they did not come when arranged but very close. However, my concern was the fact that I had already paid for the service via Angies List and then they billed me for it again after it had been done. I called up and had to wait until they found the payment.

They did a good job and I would use them again. The fumigation spray has been effective, so I’m overall happy. There were no issues with scheduling, either.

I think the price is good and cheap. I think it's not the way too good, the service is not that all good. I would not use this provider again in the future.

The deal went well and I was especially happy with their customer service. I saw a difference after they sprayed the first time, but less so the second time. They are coming back out without any question to re-spray. There were no issues with scheduling, and they were right on time. It took them about 20 minutes to spray the first time, and I would consider using them again.

They came out on time. They did a great job.

I reached out to the company a number of times, I purchase the deal over a month ago I finally had to hire someone else to do the work.

went ok, basically it was a front for them offering more of their services, basically a contract like lawn treatment contracts, they wanted to come every few months, I didnt need that kind of frequency

They sprayed for bugs. The service went well. The gentleman said that we should call them back if we say any more insects. We did see some more ants, so they came back and did another treatment no questions asked. We have not seen bugs since then. I’m pleased so far!

They called and scheduled promptly. The technician was very professional and made sure he knew what part of the yard we used the most to provide the best coverage.

I had to call several times and was put on hold just to speak to any representative. The first time I called I was told that no one was available that they would call me back. Several hours into the day, I received a return phone call back and in the message it stated that "they were very busy so it would be best if I tried to call back in the evening hours or even try calling back tomorrow." There was no direct extension to call the booking/scheduling representative back, so I had to go through a long wait time again when I called back the next day. On the second day, I was told that no one was available again. I left my name and phone number again for someone to call me back. Several hours into the day, someone called my husband at work to set up a time for a mosquito spraying. Then, instead of it being sprayed on the scheduled day; they called a day later and reset a time to get our house sprayed. Thankfully, no one has to be home whenever the house gets sprayed and for the record the spray mist fades quickly [making it pet friendly within several minutes after it gets sprayed]. Since this, the spray has helped a lot in getting rid of some of the mosquitoes. However, it is not as effective as the prior company that we used. Days later, we received a bill in the mail. I had to call the company back directly to get this removed [we had already paid through a voucher on Angieslist]. The people that work there are friendly and professional, but apparently lack having enough staff to handle the huge volume of phone calls. Bottom line: The only reason that I would use them again would be due to the reasonable cost of their service.

It was just fine. They were treating for ants and roaches. They sent out 1 tech to assist me.

The service was pretty much as expected -- Did not do all of interior vents but got enough to justify cost.

It was great! They called us right away and scheduled us for every 21 days. They came when they said they would. They left a description on what they’d done in the form of a receipt after they came.

That service turned out just fine. One employee came out and it took him about an hour. He was really nice and did the exterior pest treatment for us.

Those mosquito treatments have turned out fine. They have done 2/3 of the treatments so far. They call and tell me when they are coming out, I am not there when they do the service, but they leave a note letting me know. They have been easy to deal with and is good that I don’t have to be home for them to do the treatment.

It was very good. The technician was very nice, helpful, and very friendly. The scheduling was good.

They had some problems with scheduling due to high volume of activity with Angies list, but person was professional and responsive.

Nothing terrible. Nothing great. Scheduling was a little more difficult than I expected but everything pretty much went as expected.

I had to call them a couple of times to get an appointment. The time was eventually set for between 4:00 and 7:00, but it was around 7:15 when they came. However, he sprayed very thoroughly and we have had no mosquitoes since.

They have missed two appointments without calling to say they weren't coming.

That turned out fine and they came out yesterday. It took them about 20-30 minutes. The treatment was all outside and just one employee came out. We were very satisfied.

We have used this company before for mosquito treatments. It is going fine. They are pretty responsive. One employee comes out and it takes him about 20 minutes. Jeremy is the employee who comes out for us.
