Excellent service- technician showed up on time and provided great service in a rain storm. Explained process and made recommendations. Would absolutely recommend.

I have used Bulwark Exterminating twice in the last 6 months for interior and perimeter pest control treatments. Our home is in the woods, and had been vacant for many months prior to our move in. So many varieties of insects and spiders had taken up residence. After a single treatment, I noticed almost complete eradication of the varmints, which was remarkable given the sheer number of unwanted inhabitants. The company seems top notch in all regards. Phone and appointment service were quick and efficient. The associate (Randall I believe) was on time and very friendly and informative. He explains in detail what he is doing and what to expect. I highly recommend Bulwark.

I have been working with them for 2 or 3 years now. I have a contract with them. They service me quarterly. It is $69 per quarter. They are excellent. The employees are great. They are always here when they say they are here. They are very professional, do a great job and go out of their way to ensure that you are a happy customer. I know all the people that come out here by name and they are always very polite and I look forward to them coming. It is a one man job. I have two types of exterior work . They do the interior of your house for free.

The service was excellent. Anthony was on time and explained exactly what he would be doing. He alleviated my fears about my pets and the treatment. He found the source of my ant problem and gave extra attention in that area. He was polite and efficient. I would definitely use this company again.

They performed very well. They were there for about half an hour and 30 minutes. We would recommend them.

I had juggled calls back and forth before getting the apt set up due to my schedule / availability. they were really flexible and did a good job the first time. I did call them back because we noticed a bug in the house a couple of days later and they came back out free of charge and resprayed the downstairs.

We have a quarterly plan with Bulwark and Anthony takes wonderful care of us!!! Anytime there are issues between appointments, they always schedule us in quickly. Between Garrett (the Angie's List corporate contact) and Anthony -- we value the service Bulwark provides us.

Orlando was the absolute best to work with so professional and answered all of my questions would use them again in the future when needed.

It went very well. They came on a day when there was snow on the ground and therefore offered to do an additional follow-up service which was nice. Both times the gentleman that came was friendly and thorough.

Just had my initial house protection completed by their Tech Anthony, and I am very pleased. He was very professional and very informative. I ordered off of angies list yesterday and they promtly came out today to perform the service. I look forward to doing future business with the company.

It went great. They sent out a knowledgeable person to perform the treatment and it has been working. No bugs seen in the house since. I'll probably have them redo this once a year or so.

Disappointed that I have received consistently bad service from this company over the past two years of service. The strange aspect of this company is that the customer service over the phone is friendly, but their technicians never show up on the requested dates and times that they commit to - instead, they will call a few hours, or several after the appointment has passed and then leave several voicemail messages and claim that they could not reach me. Their company never calls me ahead of time to tell me they will be late for the appointment. Why am I the one who needs to call when they drop the ball every time? I have dogs that need to be brought inside or put in their crates when the technician arrives - thus the reason for a service window and date. They set their appt. on a Wednesday every time on my voicemail every quarter, and every time I need to call and remind them that there should be a note in my account that Wednesdays are NOT doable for me - so I reset the appointment over the phone with a new date and time and they miss it each time. Week of 3/23/15: Received a voicemail advising that Bulwark would arrive Wednesday 3/25. I call their office back and explain that Wednesdays are not a day that works for me (repeating that this is a day of week I cannot do service and that a note should be in my file). I am told someone will arrive on Monday 3/30 - they no show. We call the office and the technician is still in Clayton (an hour away). Not one person called to say they would not make it for the day and this was late in the afternoon. I call customer service and tell them that because of them, I am not getting my contractual quarterly service done on time - that it was not my fault they kept missing appointments and I should not be penalized. 3/30/15: I called Bulwark and explained that they had missed their appt. again and I asked if they could arrive Friday 4/3 - I was told that they would come out to do my 1Q/2015 inspection on Saturday, 4/4/15 at 8:00 am. Instead, they never showed up and I received a call from the tech after 2:00 pm that day - he tried 2-3 times to leave a message, but why would I call back when I was not home - they never showed up! Latest example - I cancelled my contract over the phone 4/6, and was told the tech would be there at 10:00 am. He showed up at 8:00 am 4/7 - again, I did not have time to put the dogs in before they arrived. The last impression was a BAD one. Last note: Apathetic company that truly did not have our best interest at heart.

Service was great. The company followed up with a phone call to schedule service after big deal was purchased. Employees were all extremely helpful and courteous.

When he first came almost two years ago he went around and gave me suggestions on how to control pest around my property and he also installed 12 termite’ straps. He monitors them every three months. It was an Angies deal that I got but for the first payment I got a year’s visit. At one point they send me an invoice and I did not think I was supposed to pay it but I did pay it and they refunded me the money. He notifies me before I came and I get my cat inside when he is coming.

It turned out really well. One person came out to perform the service. It took him twenty minutes to perform the service. They actually must have come back about 4-5 times on the same deal. They did the same thing each time. They sprayed until the ants went. So it wasn’t just a one day service. They were supposed to keep coming until the issue was solved. It probably took them 4-5 trips. They came every two weeks; that's the period that they say to wait. They were coming for a good chunk of time until we got rid of them. The ants have now gone for good. Now we are just preventing rather than trying to get rid of them. I have used them before with a coupon from another company or another Angie's List deal. My experience with them was successful.

We purchased this service as an Angie's List Deal. The company was prompt in responding to the purchase to set up an appointment date and time. The employee was prompt arriving to perform the work and explained everything that he was doing. After the inspection of the entire house and attached garage, he explained to my daughter what the two bugs were that he found much to her relief. She was very concerned that the house had roaches. Then he explained what he was going to do prior to performing the preventive pest service. I'm sorry that I cannot recall his name because he was very professional and personable. We would gladly have them perform more services.

What you would expect, quality job.

They have done a fine job. We had no problems. They were little bit confused about the billing but we straightened it out. Whoever was doing the billing did not realize he was paid in advance so they sent me invoice for the quarterly things you know. I called them back and told them no I don't need the invoice for a record because I paid upfront. They have been fine. It was a good. We were worried about termites but it turns out it wasn't a problem.

Serviceman was 1 hour late for appointment at my home; I had another appointment so he rushed through it. Though I was not pleased on the day of service, I have not seen any more bugs, so I guess it worked!

The services were perfect. They're good, they're punctual, they cal when they are coming and they seem reasonable as far as price is concerned. My interactions with them are great; very comfortable. Whenever I talk to them they're very kind. The work they did turned out well because I have no bugs. I didn't spend anything extra.

Each time they sprayed , the mosquitos were greatly reduced each month.

I had to reschedule the appointment so many times but they never have given me any problem. he technician was on time and did a great job.

My experiences with them have been very good. They're very responsive and they come back for additional treatments.
