the young man came on time, worked carefully and thoroughly. He was courteous and attentive to my directions.

The person arrived and started to work immediately. Sprayed inside and outside in all nooks and crannies. No contract and sprays every couple of months if needed.

They did the one time deal. I don't know if we're going to keep it or not. They have good prices. I think they did a good job. There was nothing extra. They were very nice and they were very professional. They explained everything that they'll be using and how this works. They came on time when they said they would.

After a little hiccup with scheduling of which they were wonderful to work with and made the process easy to correct. They did a fantastic job and we have not seen an ant inside the house since.

Service was good once I finally got in touch with folks. They were not responsive at first but we worked it out. The provider did a good job of explaining the procedures and answering our questions.

Provider was punctual and professional. He explained what he was doing as he went along. Service includes a retreat within 60 days if problem recurs

The provider did a preventive treatment. However, the chemical they use seems to be very weak. Just days after they came out, there were ants. I had to ask them to return and then asked the technician to spray in areas in the home where other companies have usually sprayed without my having problems (corners, doorway entrance). But he did seem reluctant to use the pesticide (very little was put down). He stated the void treatment should do the job, but it seems it does not. A second time, there were ants but I just took care of it myself with over the counter pesticide and haven't had an issue since.

I called for service as described on the big deal for pest control treatment. After 20 min on the phone and insisting on Michael not to "upsell", he warned me that coupon does not treat german roaches. Then I was asked to pay $350 for a real deal for treatment of german roaches for 1200 sqft town home. I refused and requested refund through Angie's list

Initially we called as we had a roach problem. Randall was incredibly informative and helpful getting rid of the problem. We use their quarterly preventative package and have had no problems for the past 2 years. If there is a small issue, they come out quickly and resolve the issue quickly. Both Randall and Matt are incredibly informative, professional, friendly and prompt. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them.

Through a glitch on their end, this service wasn't scheduled. However, they have gone to extreme lengths months later to rectify the situation. The company rep seems sincere and willing to provide the service offered at the original price. With new personnel in place, I would give them a second chance.

They did a fine job. Although they were a little late they completed everything, were very informative and we were happy with their services.

Purchased a deal with these guys through Angie's List last year, and was contacted immediately. We decided to wait until Spring to have them come out, and they were very accommodating of our hectic work schedules. Anthony was our rep and he was fantastic, He called before arriving to let us know his ETA, and he explained exactly what he would be doing and what results we could expect. The service only took about 45mins-1hr, and he was very polite while in our home. Afterwards, we mentioned that we had issues with carpenter bees, and he spot treated our patio as well. We set up an agreement, NOT A CONTRACT, which was great for us because we can stop service at anytime. We found it affordable, and it's one less thing for us to worry about with our home. Also, Anthony mentioned that if we saw activity inside or outside of the house - to call him and he would come out for free and treat the area again. Couldn't have been more pleased with this appointment - very glad we decided to purchase this deal through Angie's List.

Friendly quick and professional. Only would have a more detailed explanation of service complete as we had reported wasp nest and carpenter bees and aren't %100 sure they were physically removed.
