Bulwark Exterminating

Very friendly and knowleglbe staff. The treated out home twice after still seeing a few spiders. Haven't seen one since.

Treatment and service were fine, Treatment did not last very long. Was disappointed.

Service technician arrived before set time of appointment, but first telephoned to let me he would be earlier. This was okay for me. He explained the method his company used in spraying interior [in-wall] treatment; followed by spray around exterior; trap setting for mice. Also, he would return in 15 days to check effectiveness of treatment. Additional information provided about frequency of seasonal treatment to maintain control of extermination process. I will use this company for my extermination needs. I have already spoken to my family about them.

We found Bulwark Exterminating on angies list and planned on using the service just once to treat ants and roaches after moving into our house; however, the bugs returned and Jeremy treated them again with no charge. We decided to get on a maintenance program and have been very satisfied.

Excellent! Darryl arrived on time and spent some time talking with me about the bugs in the south (I'm from the north) and the treatments he would be using. He was very efficient, thorough and very friendly. Made sure that I understood he would be back if I had any issues. Will definitely consider setting up a maintenance contract with Bulwark.

They treated for ants and spiders in our older home, and they were really knowledgeable about insects as I followed them around while they did their work. Excellent work, would definitely recommend

They did have to come back out and fix some of the stuff that was wrong. They were very responsive. They should put down more product the first time so they don't have to come back out the second time.

They charge me when they come which is every three months. I don't know that it's the best price but it's better than others and I'm much more satisfied with their service than with others that I've used in the long distant past.

Fine. They used "in the wall" treatment in doors and sprayed outdoors. They offered to come back if needed. It wasn't.

I have been using Bulwark over a year now a 2 homes. I have found them to be punctual and professional. They do not mind checking out any problems or concerns you may have. They are great to work with !!!!

Great! They explained what they were going to do and we haven't had any bug problems. They return on a schedule and exterminate the outside of the house every few months. They always call a couple of days beforehand said I know when they are coming.

Provider was on time, very friendly and helpful. No insects or problems since treatment.

Everything was perfect. They took care of the problem, arrived on time, and were professional. I would use them again in the future

Prompt, efficient and effective. the yellowjacket nest in the ground was beyond "do it yourself" , and was fairly extensive underneath the surface. The exterminator carefully sprayed the exterior , waited for the yellowjackets to "divebomb" , and then sprayed again with enough poison to kill any that returned to the nest. He explained that it would take a day or two for any remaining in the vicinity to return to the nest (they come back at night ) and then they would ingest the poison and die off.

They did great. I have used them many times before and I am happy with them. I haven't went through Angie's List every time I've used them.

Exterminator came promptly and sprayed, but the ants kept coming back. He came and retreated twice, but still no resolution. It was explained to me that treating an ant problem can be complicated and may require more extensive treatment. We set terra traps on our own and with time eventually they stopped coming but I wonder if iit is due to the cooler weather. If they return I will probably call Bulwark back again for further treatment.

One nice thing that they did was they came in one time and they said pretty much for the next sixty days if we saw anything they would come back and it was nice that they did that and they came back but we still have them but the guy that came said there is really nothing you can do about it you can only cut down the number of them and you really can't get rid of them there always going to be here kind of attitude and I was kind of like wow. If it didn't get cut down we were going to be selling and moving.

They did good. They were perfectly fine. There were no extra charges. They did everything right. I just don't feel like it's something I need.

It went fine. I use them every other month now.

They texted me to remind me of the appointment, and I needed them to change the date. I texted back and they responded with an updated appointment! Super easy! The day before the appointment, they called to remind me as well. The morning of the appointment I was not home, but previously the gentleman who does the work knocked on the door to let us know he was there. They sprayed and left, it was quick and efficient. Because I wasn't home, he left a receipt in the door for me. I called to set up automatic payments, and that was also easy. The gentleman on the phone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He got it set up quickly and accurately. Great job all around!

Kylar, Bulwark's awesome and understanding customer service rep, called to discuss service and provide options to build on established service and discussed ways to improve customer experience across the board. Updated review to come, looking forward to the next appointment. Matt was my first pest control technician and he seemed to do the most thorough job. He sprayed around the perimeter and sprayed the doorways and window seals in the house. At the time, I thought he did a good job of sealing bugs out. 2 weeks later, we are still seeing bugs. The company called to see if I was satisfied, this was nice, as I did not know if a follow-up was allotted. I informed them that I am still seeing bugs and they sent out Chris. Chris came, the first time, and re-sprayed the windows seals in the house and put down powder around the perimeter (vs. spraying). I thought it would be better this time, but no, I was told to wait a week to let the bugs die or figure out a way out...2/3 weeks later, the same. We are seeing bugs in more places in the house than we did when we first started with Bulwark. I called Chris one more time and he sent me to the scheduler (not sure why he suggested that I call him first if he was going to send me to the front office), and we scheduled some time for him to come out. Chris came out and put some bait traps down (sticky pads with food for bugs to get stuck to on and die. Chris looked around and sprayed fans in the bathrooms. I had to fight him to re-apply powder and spray around the perimeter, on spraying the master bathroom because the fan was higher than the others were. Almost a week later, the bugs are still popping up left and right. At least, we aren't seeing spiders anymore AND maybe it was the recent rain driving them into the house BUT shouldn't the perimeter protection prevent that? Regardless, I am glad I did not do the annual package. I would have been HIGHLY displeased if signed up for the annual contract and received this type of level of "pest control'. Maybe I shouldn't have used Angie's List Deal...I know some companies scale down on the service for taking a a Angie's List deal v. using their non-discounted services. Oh well, time to look for another exterminator.

Jeremy came out initially to perform the service, but because it was the start of a week long rain storm, we postponed the service until after the rain past. Even though we postponed the service, Jeremy spent at least 45 minutes discussing the service he will be performing and other services offered. He was a true professional which gave me the confidence in him and his company. So much so, I requested a quarterly service be performed.

It made all my aches and pains disappear. Knowing about my lumbar fusion and the trouble I have with walking and balance, he gave me specific exercises that even PT or my doctor had not given me. I started them the day after and they do work!

The technician was good, nice and thorough. When we called to make the appointment they tried to sell us the whole year round deal. We had the pests again two or three days later. They shouldn't advertise 100 percent removal of pests if it isn't true.
