Technician was right on time. Did a thorough job spraying around the entire house, including our request to do our outdoor living space. Our technician knocked down any visible webs or nests. We found him to be very polite and professional.

It went very good. Mr. Paul Moore did very good on spray outside, spread a supplement around the barrier of my home. Mr. Paul was very concern on where customer was seeing these insects. He got down on his knee sprayed all corners, under the doors. Service well done!!!

Orlando Council has been our tech for a couple of years now. He is always friendly and eager to help. And if we need him to come out a small issue, he come right away and tries to figure where problem is and takes care of it. We appreciate his service.

Paul was friendly, professional and took time to understand the problems we were having. He explained the source of our problems and what he was doing to eliminate. He even braved a ladder to take care of the high-up wasp nest. He also was very tolerant of our dog who was being a bit of a nut. The pricing was fair and I liked that he provided a list of all of the chemicals they used. First rate service all around!

My pro William Walker has been very responsive as are the people who answer the phone. They set appointments quickly and have always been on time. They are very accommodating and informative. I've never felt rushed, they've really listened and asked pertinent questions.

Josh Ungar listened to our requests carefully, and even cleaned cobwebs off some of our windows. He was also very friendly to our 4 yr old.

I was never pleased with Bulwark. They could not get rid of the roaches and they would not stop calling after I canceled. I went to another contractor and things are much better

Andrew C. Is a very respectful and wonderful technician. He listened to all of my trouble areas with the different wasps nests and he was very cautious with the products around my honeybee hives that I have on my property. Would recommend Andrew C. for further treatments.

Thomas Pulliam did a wonderful job today. He was very thorough and made sure I understood what he was doing. We have the quarterly spray package, but Bulwark is always quick to send someone out if we see any issues in between visits.

Great service from Thomas Pulliam. Walked me through what he would do and the chemicals he uses. Left it up to me what he would treat inside the home. Outside he did the typical treatments. Professional and friendly. Recommend.

We receive bimonthly indoor and outdoor treatment for pests. The team is always professional and friendly. They go above and beyond and the bugs do stay out! Today our service was done by Eric B. He is great! He always takes good care of us by removing spider webs and scary wasp nests. We definitely feel safer once he finishes the treatment. Bulwark makes it easy on us, they come every two months, we don't need to call or schedule an appointment. They send us reminders before they visit. And the payment is made once the treatment has been completed. They have our card on file so it is hassle-free. Keep up the good work!

We’ve been with Bulwark for years and they are overall an excellent company with very reasonable prices. Especially comforting is the fact that they will come out between scheduled services to retreat if you want for any reason whatsoever. Today we had a service visit by Thomas and it was our first visit since quarantine began so we asked for the FULL treatment for the first time in a long time. He was incredibly thorough, covering things I would have never thought of. I had forgotten that on our first visit years ago they did such a full barrier, even opening power outlet covers to spray in the walls. He educated us on all the things he was doing and why. He explained other options for visits in the future including what they could cover if we weren’t home or if it were raining and how that would deter insects. We had lots of new questions because of a new crawling grandbaby in the house who wasn’t crawling before and we felt very confident once he explained everything about that. He was just overall a great technician. We would be very happy to have him back. Five stars for this visit. Five stars for Thomas.

My tech, Orlando did a fantastic job of resolving my ants infestation. He was also able to locate and remove a Wolf Spider that had infiltrated my home. I have used Bulwark for more that 10 years. Their service is great, techs are professional and proficient at their jobs and the admin staff is always helpful.

Steven Johnson was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job articulating the services he was going to perform and time required to do the tasks outlined.
