Fantastic! Was able to get next day service, the representative showed up right on time. He sprayed all in the house and outside of the house. Knocked down the cobb webs. Educated us on what we can do. Good warranty - 60 days and can call anytime in between for a respray at no charge. Signed a 1 year contract where they will come on a quarterly basis.

They were awesome! Thorough in their application. They gave us suggestions on how to take care of bushes outside to eliminate further problems. Going to start using them for quarterly treatments.

They did a great job. Have had no issues with pests since the treatment. Showed up right on time and contacted me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them!

a gentleman came by to exterminate, 2 weeks later still had pest and they came by andsprayed again?called them again and they sent someone by without me knowing and ask me what the problem was and told him to ask his co., he left abrubtly, i heard nothing until a phone call to come by for a sevice call.i then talked to a supervisor who was very abrut sai8d they would not credit me for no results. i then quoted to him from his money back guaratee on the work order and he said they would not refund me.

Called. Talked to a rep and left my contact info since no one from 'termite' department was able to talk. Never received a call back. Guess they are too good for my money, so I went with a local competitor.

Matt was great, he really knew what he was doing, and took care of everything. Explained everything along the way, what type of chemicals he was using, what to expect, how often re-treatments should occur, etc... Matt's knowledge and professionalism was a deciding factor in signing up for a long term contract with Bulwark...

It was ok but after less than 2 months, ants have come back inside.

She did great! Tamara was professional, warm and hilarious. She told us exactly what the problem was and solved it in less than an hour. We couldn't ask for more, and are very satisfied with how we were treated and how the problem was solved.

My information was taken and I was told I would be called by someone in my area. No one called that day or the next. I called back, talked to someone else, was put on hold while they tried to put me through directly. Ten minutes later and I was told no one was answering locally. Maybe Bulwark is so good they are too busy to get to me. We'll never know. I called someone else who made an inspection appointment for the next morning.

Took 2 calls and 9 emails to get someone here. The person that came in asked where I had problems and sprayed my kitchen and bathroom. I paid for a 3000 sq ft house treatment. I had to point out each room for him to get in on 2nd level. On first one, he did only the kitchen, and I took him out of his car to spray my half bath downstairs and garage- He did not spray my living area!!. My home has total 1006 sq ft. He arrived 30 minutes past the scheduled time, after I sent an email for the company telling nobody has come over or called. Tech said he was not supposed to come over, someone took him out of another appt. Outside he just put granular products..Not foundation treatment..No removal of cobwebs....He left one can laying down on my kitchen....Is it supposed to be there nearby the door to kill the bugs ????? Terrible customer service ! Tech person was not supposed to go all over the house room by room????...he did not entered on my closet outside...since I was late to work...I did not grab him, again of his car, again....Terrible customer service ! Inexperienced tech !!

Everything was fine, they inspected and treated the house, they followed up and we signed up with a quarterly treatment plan.

It didn't. It took 4 calls (about 10-15min each time) and they couldn't find my order number. Then when finally 'found' my record of payment though Angie's list, they schedule and appointment that never showed or called. When I call to find out what happened, again, 20 mins on the phone because 'they couldn't find my file'. A complete bad experience with no accountability on their part.

The tech is very knowledgeable,respectful,courteous & professional! I have a service contract, they come every other month. If you have an insect problem e.g ants in the kitchen. A call to the office will send a tech out, no problem-they will do what ever it takes to fix the problem.

Jeremy, came by and evaluate my problems and tailored the treatment for what I needed and it worked..! I would use Bulwark again.

Matt Welsh was professional, efficient and courteous during the entire visit, providing an extensive interior and exterior pest control treatments and measures. He allowed me to walk around with him and answered any questions I had concerning the treatments and discussed observations and concerns he had during his inspections. Robert Welsh, the technician came out because of a noticed increase in ant activity. Rather than take a chance, I called bulwark out when I saw a small line of ants in the driveway. Robert took the time to track the line, which was much larger than anticipated and could have eventually developed into a much greater problem. When other companies would have simply come out and spread killer, Robert went the extra mile.

Used coupon on a relatives house. Very prompt, bug problems were solved.

Technician that came to house was punctual and very professional. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough as far as I could tell. Haven't had any problems since with ants, roaches, etc. We were offered a regular maintenance plan, but have chosen not to have any additional treatments.

Everything seems to be going well so far.

It went perfectly. The technician arrived about 10 minutes early, explained everything he was going to do, answered questions professionally, and completed the service in a reasonable period of time.

*I can't recall exact price but i think it was 90 or 99. Very professional, thorough service. Treatment was thorough for ants and he came back when requested for a second treatment in our pantry which we opted out of the first time. The scheduler made the second treatment appt. for the very next morning at 8 and the technician was right on time. One of the best exterminator experiences we've ever had.

Unfortunately what we didn't realize was that when using the company once we were automatically enrolled in a monthly service without signing any contract. After contacting the company and asking to stop the service we still received a $90 bill. Won't hire again.

Two workmen (one inside and one outside) were very professional and helpful answering any questions I had. Will make Bulwark my go to pest control company.
