Bulwark Exterminating

Subsequent to an earlier application for pest control which was ineffective, the company opted to redo the application. the technician was prompt in keeping the appointment. He was very thorough in his work and did a good job of treating both outside and inside of the house. I am happy the application was effective and a job well done!!

Excellent outcome, have not seen an ant or spider in house since the first service. Our tech, Kyle Sagale, listened to our issue and did whatever he had to (including spraying inside house, around windows, in garage) to make sure the problem didn't persist.

They were fine they did a good job. The only thing is that the last time they showed which was two days ago they never called but, guy came here and did the work but he never called ahead of time.

It was okay they came they do work but pest remind. They came quickly and on time and they did the work but seems what they use was not very effective so didn't feel like it made any difference. Good, good the thing is I never called back so I can't really fault them for that, I didn't call back and tell them it wasn't effective anyway probably would come out again. Probably call me back to see if it was okay because I didn't have time to call them back but if they had call me I would have said something.

Eric Burgen, the technician, was awesome, he did a thorough job, was very impressed by it. He took the time to answer any questions I had and was very flexible in meeting my needs. When I requested to spray the inside of the crawlspace he gladly obliged. He even took the time to go back to his truck and review some information relating to some questions I had, and offered his recommendations. I would gladly take this service again if I can get Eric Burgen to come out again.

They were extremely prompt about scheduling me for service. The only problem came on the day of, when they pushed my service back twice and weren't especially communicative with me about it. When I still saw ants later in the week, they came back out at no cost to take care of them, and were very prompt about doing that as well. I would definitely recommend them again.

He is so professional and efficient. He did what I asked and more. After he was done, he took a long-handled duster and went around the front door and way up to the roof and took out cobwebs.

When I first contacted Bulwark about a problem I had not had previously, they were prompt in responding, contacted me in advance to let me know when they would arrive, called later to see if problems solved and assure me if any problems to contact them. I did need them to return when first trying to get rid of pesky centipedes and there was no charge for that extra service. I arranged for routine service because of the first good experience. When I moved, I arranged them for them to routinely provide service at my new location. They continue to be prompt, check to see if all is ok or any extra service needed at no charge.

They were fine. It was good. I didn't have any more pests around my house.

It was fine. There were a couple of things like I expected him to go up into the attic and that wasn't done but that's about it. I don't know if I would do it again.

Bulwark scheduled an appointment within 48 hours of our call, and the technician showed up precisely when promised. He made sure he understood our needs, answered our questions, and performed the service in a timely manner. So far, so good in terms of the bugs...

OK...they were late...but said he had truck trouble I am still seeing bugs inside so what they used is not working UPDATE: 11/3/2016 They were very gracious and worked with me.

Randall was friendly, punctual, and responsive. The house sat unoccupied for a while before we moved in and it needed a treatment. Within a few days we noticed a lot fewer pests near the house. I called Randall back for return spot treatment (free of charge for 60 days) twice because of small, field ants are difficult to get rid of. Overall, I am quite pleased.

I have two little ones at home so was concerned about pests. We haven't had a problem since we started with them. They have a guarantee after treatment and I had to have someone back once in the very beginning and they came right away and fixed the problem. I was actually using another company prior to this and am much happier with Bulwark. The service is well priced and the technician is very responsive and knowledgable. Everyone seems well trained. I've referred others and will continue to do so. Notifies me prior to all regularly scheduled visits to check in prior to treatment to make sure they do the right thing. Very satisfied.

Great job and very friendly would use the service again and signed up for the home care agreement with Bulwark. Chris Brown was helpful, friendly and great to work with.
