After having Bulwark service our company going into the 2nd year we continue to have scheduling challenges. That has prompted me to review some areas of service Bad. Other areas have not changed and remain excellent. The scheduling has been the major issue. Due to the nature of our business (Healthcare) it is imperative that we maintain a 30 day schedule. I am not talking down to the day but at least the same week each month. Definitely not over 30 days. I have informed our technician of this issue and hope that we can get on a more structured schedule. The technician that services our account is excellent. Very professional and responsive. Always takes care of the issues and the trouble areas we have.

Exceptional service all the way around. The territory manager provides excellent service each and every month. Never have to worry about our problems/concerns not being addressed with Bulwark. Keep up the great work.

Eric Burgin is our technician. He is personable, professional, and efficient. He will do anything that is asked of him. When he gets done spraying, he takes long brushes and removes cobwebs from high places outside the house.

As well as it did last year which meant quite well. I was assured my cat was not in danger.

Christopher was punctual, friendly, courteous. Clear answers to my questions.

Christopher Brown came to my home today because we have ants in the kitchen area. He is so nice and professional. He was very thorough in treating the area and explained not to use any chemicals for a few days and if they are not gone to call him directly. I'm fully expecting this treatment to work. If it doesn't, I won't hesitate to call Christopher.

Perfectly done, precise effective and reliable work by Timothy Batten. We have two little kids/one is a baby/ and a dog and it is so important for us to have our backyard bug-free. Will recommend his service to nextdoor.

Daryle Gee arrived at my house the day after I had called to schedule an appointment promptly on time. I was impressed that I was able to get an appointment that quickly. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. Unlike most Pest control Daryle came in and did a very in-depth and thorough treatment including every crack and crevice they could possibly come in through. The treatment he recommended was absolutely perfect since it was safe for the environment, pets, and children. He also treated the outside area and applied the flea treatment as well. We decided to go with the seasonal treatment to help prevent any further invasion. We have been customers with them since that fateful day in August of 2016 and have been bug free and flea free ever since. I would highly recommend this company and definitely Daryle Gee to everyone. Their products and knowledge definitely do what others claim and can not.

They would not leave me alone after the initial treatment even though I returned their texts and calls. I told them I would contact them if I wanted future service. They showed up at my house twice as well unscheduled and at inconvenient times for me. They DID kill the bugs but I felt like they were harassing me to get me into a contract. I will not contact this company again.

They came promptly every time I called and treated all areas of concern. It took several attempts just due to the nature of the problem.

They do a great job; if the pest are not controlled they will return and treat again at no additional charge.

New to area and contacted Bulwark for pest control needs. Scheduled first appointment for inside/outside spraying. On morning of appointment we received a call from company that the tech was sick and they couldn't find a replacement tech - our appointment would have to be rescheduled. We made it work and they finally came out. However, when going over paperwork w/tech we were advised the price of the quarterly service would be higher than sales rep quoted over the phone (prior to first visit). After a 10 min. phone call to HO to get an "exception", the price was lowered to what we were initially told. We agreed to move forward with having them out for quarterly service. Fast forward to next visit - we asked that they complete another inside spray in addition to outside due to seeing spiders/webs inside the home. Day of service comes around and they were a no show for the agreed upon date/time. Three hours AFTER they were scheduled to come out we received a voice message stating their tech was sick and they again couldn't find a replacement; stated they rescheduled us for the following Monday, which wouldn't work for us since we needed inside the home as well, and wouldn't be home. Poor customer experience with this company all the way around - from multiple cancellations on the company's part, to lack of communication between HO and their techs. Will not be doing business with them again, nor would we recommend them to others.

The process was effortless and Daryl Gee accomplished the task the first time with successful results.

I still use them. They are very responsive. I have had some problems with ants. As soon as you need them, they come out.

It went very well; response from them was prompt. Service was completed in a professional manner. We were pleased with the service and would definitely rehire.

They scheduled our initial visit for the next day. Daryle Gee arrived punctually and treated the possible entrances to the house, places likely to attract them, and the yard. He explained what he was doing and the purpose as he went and was friendly and personable. The treatment applied indoors is considered safe, but there was a faint odor; we ran some errands to give it time to dissipate.

They email and text the times they are coming and if it isn't convenient then they will work within my schedule. Ever since I have had Bulwark I have had no problems with bugs. Orlando Council is great at what he does and takes pride in his work. I would have no other company come because I know I can trust Bulwark and Orlando in particular.

I have used Bulwark Exterminating for over 10 years now. Daryle Gee has been our Pest Control Tech the entire time and is awesome. We use Bulwark mainly for Pest Control maintenance every 2 months and the prices are very reasonable when compared to other companies. There hasn't been a single time that I can remember when I was not asked by Daryle if there were any pest issues he should know about and take care of above and beyond regular maintenance. There have also been a few times I have called them out early to take care of a few bugs seen inside the house and Daryle was out here the next day to take care of the issues with no additional charges. All in all, Bulwark is a great company and I do not have anything negative to say about them.

apparently this did not apply to existing clients. They put the $ as a credit on my account.
