(not honest in general.) 2 I had a mice that was running In my house and I reported they brought m a trap and kept it for few weeks. but they never caught the mice so they took the trap back. Generally poor service and expensive

 + -1 moreChris Robidoox went above and beyond. I know it is not easy working in this hot weather, but his positive attitude made a big difference. I will be referring your business to my neighbors.
Description of Work: I had the inside and outside treated for Spiders, Earwigs, Millipedes, Mice\Rat and a lot of other creep critters. Chris Robidoox was the Tech. He was very polite and I could sense by his friendly smile that he enjoyed doing his job. He took the time to explained what he was doing and what will happen in the next three days. He assured me not to worry that the Spiders and other insects would be coming out. If I had any questions not to hesitate to call him and he would come back out and spray some more if I felt uncomfortable. What great customer service. Thank you Chris Robidoox your job has a valuable employee.

 + -1 moreOur technician Eric does a great job. He's very quiet and thorough, and as a result, our house is almost completely bug-free without any additional effort on our part. If we do see an uptick in bug problems, we give Bulwark a call and they send someone out for an additional treatment at no extra charge.
Description of Work: Bulwark Exterminating performs quarterly pesticide applications at my house, and also checks termite traps around the house three times a year.

I bought a package from Angie's List and they wanted me to sign up for a bi-monthly plan. Other plans available too, but they were all pretty pricey for the needs that I have (minimal bug issues).

He just stood at my crawl space door (can easily walk around in most of my crawl space) and sprayed. No bugs or anything inside but have seen small black ants come back since on the exterior of my home.

 + -1 moreEric B. came out on a Friday evening to take care of the problem by treating inside and outside around the vent where the ants enter. He asked about any other problems too but our regular treatments are working well. There was no cost because of the service that Bulwark provides.
Description of Work: Summer rains bring out the sugar ants after our regular treatment, so we needed an extra visit to take care of a colony that invaded.

He spoke with me on the phone, came up with a game plan, and started on the outside of the house, so I wouldn't delay him. He cleaned up our spiderweb-filled front porch while he sprayed.
