Eric always does a thorough and professional job.

went well... representative showed up on time. courteous, professional. took time to explain process and what he was doing. the only reason i'm not giving all A's is that since the insecticide spraying I'm continuing to see bugs and roaches. but maybe because that's they're dying a slow, public death after ingesting the chemicals. that's what i prefer to believe.

Our technician, Eric Burgin, just showed up and did his usual efficient job, spraying around the perimeter of the house to keep the bugs out, and sweeping down all those spider webs that show up in doors and windows at this time of year.

Eric Burgin did an excellent job, as always. He is very trustworthy and professional. He takes the time to answer any questions, and will do the inside or anything else, like the crawlspace, if I ask. I'm very happy with his services!

We hd an ant problem indoors and to a lesser extent spiders also. Bulwarks tech, Orlando came out on time and treated the exterior and interior of our townhouse. He was professional and knowledgeable and explained the treatment and how it works. Looking forward to no more ants and spiders.

They were able to come to the house within two days of my service request and performed an exterior and interior pesticide shield service. However, this service did not completely stop all the ants from coming into the kitchen, so I called Bulwark and asked them to come back out to find out the source where these ants were originating. They came out the next day and found another ant hill under one of our Crepe Myrtle bushes, so the technician applied additional ant pesticide on this source and re-baited our enclosed patio and kitchen area with ant killer paste. This service did finally stop any further ant invasion into our home. The Bulwark technicians were exceptionally professional, friendly, and accommodating to my requirements. I decided to have Bulwark perform bi-monthly service on our house, rather than calling them out whenever I notice insects and other pests. This should solve the pest problem on a more permanent basis. I do highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating service to anyone who has a pest problem within their home.

We just completed our second service from Bulwark, after a positive first experience. We had Eric B as our consultant. Could not have asked for a professional consultant. Eric was knowledgeable about the products used and able to address all my questions and concerns. He was punctual, timely, thorough and respectful. I will definitely continue to use Bulwark for my exterminating needs.

Randall explained what he needed to do and took care of infested areas both inside and out with the stipulation that I should call back if the treatment did not take care of the problem. He noted that it was a bad infestation and it might take more than one visit. He did have to return, and the second time did the trick. I signed up for the regular service. When there is a problem, he comes right away.

David made it easy to set the appointment, explaining costs and procedures. Eric arrived right on time and was exceedingly thorough, professional and polite. I am very excited to have found Eric and Bulwark and will definitely be using them on a regular basis.

Christopher comes out on time and is very thorough and polite when he is on-site. We have a lake and woods behind our house so it is important that we have scheduled treatments in place to keep the insects out. Since we started using them we hardly ever find an insect in our house.

They got rid of our ants and also we signed a quarterly service contract with them because we were so impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism as well as their reasonable pricing

I cannot deal with dishonest people, period! But that is exactly what I experienced with 2 Bulwark technicians. My initial, first-time treatment should have included lots of different types of treatments as was listed on my receipt. The problem was, half of it was never done. I watched the tech from my window and saw him neglect large areas of my exterior. He only cleaned half of the spider webs and did not do granules around all the moisture points as the company lists as being part of their initial treament, nor did he use the dusting agent for ants. He also came into my house with his shoes all wet with insecticide. Later that day, I went on the website chat and explained everything. They sent out a second technician a few days later, "Their BEST tech," as he said. This tech was obviously in a very big hurry, as shown by the way he "flew" through my house. Part of the initial treatment is spraying a dusting agent ( for ants ) behind the electrical plates on the first floor exterior walls. Rather than unscrewing the plates, he bent them out away from the wall nearly cracking them. I asked him to do the "finished" basement too and he said it was not their practice to do basements. I questioned this since the dust is to prevent ants; he said he'd do it if I insisted. This is only logical. I had explained the lack of granules used in my initial treament around all my trees and bushes near the house and also all the webs left on my top deck and windows. He said he would "take care of it." I waited and waited for him to come do the webs, but when I went out front, his truck was gone. He never did anything he promised. I immediately called the company and spoke with a supervisor who listened, but unfortunately tried to excuse his employees by telling me that there must have been a misunderstanding. He also chuckled at me, which made a bad situation worse. This is total nonsense. These technicians are dishonest and care nothing for their customers. They do not take their jobs seriously and try to get away with cutting corners when they think nobody is watching. This manager offered to have the tech return, but I told him that I never want to see their techs again. He offered to refund my $79 fee. We shall see. I have to say that I am completely baffled as to how this company has such a high rating. What are the chances that I would get not one, but two dishonest technicians? Seems very strange to me. But in closing, I cannot and will never tolerate dishonesty. If I can't trust a company, they are gone!! There are other companies out there who deserve my dollar and trust. I probably won't use Angie's List to find them since this was such a terrible flop!! Let me add that I am a person who sees the glass as "half full" and always give people the benefit of the doubt. But this situation is inexcuseable and I felt it necessary to warn future consumers about this shoddy company.

The agency was great to work with but I misunderstood the service provided. My hope was that they would go under the house and also examine any areas for potential termites and treat if needed. Instead, their service is to just spray for bugs around the outside perimeter and in the inside vents at home. Very nice staff, responsive and professional but make sure you carefully read what type of service you are purchasing and whether that meets your needs because I did not.

They're good. I hired them to come back repeatedly. They've only been here once. We've got a brand new home and we just moved in. I shook hands with him and they're going to be back every 3 or 4 months to do pest control. The price was very reasonable. They were good all around. They are very punctual, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and reasonably priced.

Excellent. Mr. Robert Haynes was very personable and friendly. Very professional. I was impressed when he showed me the size of the spider he removed.

How did it go? Very wrong. When I tried to tell them that, they were virtually impossible to get in touch with. Then they came for the second treatment weeks earlier than they were supposed to. Canceling the service plan took about two months.

Eric Burgan, the technician, did an excellent job of locating two wasp nests outside my porch and got rid of the wasp nests and wasps all without getting stung! He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about how to handle the problem.

Eric Burgan came out to treat for spiders in my crawl space. He was prompt and courteous and set about getting the job done. He will follow up in two weeks. He was very knowledgeable and professional and Bulwark backs up their work. They will come out until the problem is solved with no extra charge.
