Doug was very professional, called before arriving and was on time. He explained what materials he was using and overall the experience was wonderful.

Eric was great! He was very professional and efficient. I had some concerns about pest control chemicals in my yard due the fact that I have a dog, but Eric was both informative and reassuring of the process. I would definitely hire him again.

Davis was so nice, professional and very helpful. Answered all of my many questions thoroughly and that he would come back at no charge it needed anytime between services. Ryan Tozzi was the servicing tech. He arrived timely, was professional and did a very thorough job. He sprayed inside, on the back deck, under and around the deck and left ant traps where needed. This was a follow up to my main service and there was no charge.

Eric Burgin, with Bulwark, is one of most professional, kind, and knowledgeable people I've worked with. He and his colleagues that treat my house are the reason I stay with Bulwark.

Christopher Robidoux was our service tech and he was wonderful. In additional to doing the perimeter which is what he was assigned to do, at my request he also did the interior of my garage. He was very helpful and courteous, taking the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel like I was keeping him from his next appointment or that the questions were ridiculous. I was impressed with how thoughtful he was, in addition to the spraying he went around the exterior of the house and removed any spider webs. In the years since I have had them I have not had any problems with pests. The times I have asked them to come in between regular appointments they have come immediately and at no extra charge. I am very pleased with the service.

Davis was great. His knowledge on what to use was excellent. He immediately stated the kids and dog and what precautions to take regarding treatment. He was friendly and confident. He handled every problem. m He even adjusted his arrival time by an hour to accommodate us. On a Friday evening!

Chris Brown is amazing! He goes above and beyond every time he is here and if I have a problem in between services he will come out immediately to spray for free. He sprays all the way around the outside of the house including decks and porch area.

The application works and whenever we have any problem with ants or any other pests that might show up, Bulwark responds immediately to a call and sends a Tech for additional treatment either inside and/or outside our home. We've used Bulwark for years and have always been pleased with their services. Most recently, I saw Eric Burgin treating a neighbor's home and ran over to see if he could add in a follow-up treatment to my home because we saw a couple of bugs in our bathrooms recently. Even though it ended up being after 5pm when he came over, Eric fit us in without a prescheduled appointment. I greatly appreciated the willingness to come over and help us out on such short notice, and it saved me from having to make a call the following week.

Bulwark's is very professional and affordable. From my first phone call to ask about services and pricing to my third quarterly visit today, everyone has been great. They text me a few days before to let me know when they are coming and then Eric calls me about 30 minutes before arriving. He is prompt, professional and courteous. He treats the exterior, even removing cobwebs from outside and then comes to the door to make sure all is ok and to see if I need anything done inside. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend.
