My tech showed up on time and explained everything he was putting on the yard and in house. Daryle Gee was awesome.

Eric Burgin always does a very professional job for Bulwark. Shows up on time and gets the work done and has a smile on his face.

Devin Brooksby did the work this time. He was new to me but was very thorough and asked exactly what was needed and if there was anything else that I required. He did a very good job and was very professional. He even removed his shoes before coming into my house.

We had a nice gentleman, Angel Gentle, to approach our home and offer this service. This has been a reoccurring issue and he took the time to show me and explain what the issue was and how they could offer the solution. The one thing we would alter is the yearly commitment, however we can rest assure that the issue will be well taken care of throughout. So that is pleasing. The prices were competitive but the difference was all the additional personal services to ensure success that set them apart. The appointment was setup right then and another professional and kind young gentleman by the name of Davis showed up on time and was very thorough, and didn’t mind answering all of my many questions regarding the product they use, since I have small children and a baby crawler in the Home. This company services Daycares so I knew I was in good hands. :) Thank You Angel for approaching our door, that is a hard service to offer these days, but you were a welcoming spirit. And Thank You Davis for your knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely be referring this company to others. :) God bless!!!

Devin did a great job and patiently cleaned up spider webs and other areas where bugs are active, he made sure the spray was thoroughly reached out to all the critical areas. I definitely recommend Devin and Bulwark

At first I was frustrated with the process after 2 techs had been out and treated my apartment and it was like they multiplied, so I was in the red zone when the 3rd tech showed to do a treatment. However Doug Vandervortsi the 3rd tech was very patient with me. He gave me a lot of information and knowledge on pest control, that actually calmed me down. Luckily as my treatments continue I was excited when I got a call from Doug that he would be doing my treatment it gave me an opportunity to thank him for his kindness and patience. Daryle Gee is the ONLY exterminator that I want to come to my house. He is so thorough and actually listens to what needs to be done. I see great results every time he comes out. Very kind and a very hard worker!

Matt was excellent! He arrived within the window I was provided, and had already gone to work while waiting for me to come to the door. He was able to point out the problem areas causing the abnormal amount of wasps I have been seeing, and provided several tips to prevent unwanted pests from making my home their home. He spoke to me about what was being used, what it did, and even removed spider webs! He was also engaging personally, as he had noticed a few things throughout my home (such as video game console boxes) and shared that he was a gamer as well as a father. It's great to see someone not act as if they're a uniform only, but a human being. It's a great change of pace.

I just had my first service call with Bulwark Exterminating and was very impressed. Randy (my tech) was very professional and answered all my questions. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and how it would control pests. Other companies just walk in with a spray can and leave 30 minutes later. Randy spent an hour using several different types of pest control. I have lived in Cary for 20+ years and used several different exterminators.....I highly recommend Bulwark.

It went wonderful. Everything was wonderful. He went all throughout the house and took care of everything. Davis is my favorite, I love that man. Very professional and I would hire him again and again.

Our tech is Christopher Robidoux and he is always lets us know when he is coming, arrives on time, is polite, professional and courteous. Any additional concerns they take care of. Our scheduled calls and billing are automatic, so its very easy.

Eric Burgin was great as usual. I have used him multiple times. He is alway on time, super nice and does a great job. He even took care of a few outside issues I had with hornets as well. I have recommended him to friends and they have all been very happy as well.

My Tech has been Darlye Gee and I have to say...wow! He goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. I have been very impressed and blessed with his customer service and bulwark for hiring him! Give him a raise!

I have had the same technician, Eric Burgin, come several times. He is thorough and professional. I always ask for him. (Best of all: no bugs in the house!)

Sprayed mostly for spiders and other insects. Took coverings off of outlets inside and sprayed. Sprayed around the house. Dusted spider webs inside garage.

Daryle did a great job! He really focused on the bees which have been a problem. I have not seen any bees since his treatment!

Daryle Gee was exceptional. He was professional, personable and courteous. Listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly. I started to wipe up residue inside the house with a dishcloth and he shouted "don't use that, it will ruin your cloth." He also made another comment about a handyman that was working in my home and asked to use the restroom. He said "we would never ask to use your restroom, that is personal." I would definitely recommend your company. I was also impressed with Brendon, the sales rep. He was also personable and professional. Your staff is impressive.
