My technician, Timothy Batten, always emails us a few days prior to an appointment. I emailed back that we needed the interior sprayed in addition to the usual exterior treatments, and that we would therefore need to reschedule service for when we would be home. He rescheduled promptly. We also received a reminder call the night prior to service. Timothy Batten arrived on time and did a thorough treatment of our premises and property. He is always prompt, friendly, polite, and professional. We highly recommend him and Bulwark.

Eric did a great job on our outside treatment and returned a few days later when we found a few indoor pests. All smiles and glad to help!

First time hiring exterminator for my residence in 10 yrs of home ownership and renting. Got the name of Bulwark exterminator from neighbor who has used them for 2 or 3 years. The service window was from 4pm to 6pm. About 3:35pm, the tech, Ryan Tozzi, called and left a voice mail that he was approx. 20 mins away. He also sent a text. He showed up at 4pm. Identified himself, went over the agreed pricing and the service plan. Explained exactly the why, what, when, and where of what was going to be sprayed. Talked about the 60 day service guarantee and ability for me to call should I see anything between scheduled sprays. Sprayed the outside, garage, downstairs, behind water heater, kitchen appliances, doorways, windows, deck, and outlets. Even gave me a list of the chemicals used and explained any hazards and wait times and wipe down, if needed. Ryan Tozzi showed much patience with my plethora of questions. I look forward to him keeping my home bug free. My wife only wished we had called Bulwark years earlier. Price and service seems like it can’t be beat.

I got a phone call about 20 minutes after requesting an appointment here on Angie's List. Eric was on time, kind, and professional. He told me exactly what he was doing to do before beginning the service. I wouldn't have a problem recommending Bulwark Pest Control.

Randy Pena did a thorough job applying insecticides/pesticides in appropriate areas indoors and outdoors. He arrived within the agreed time window, was courteous and explained what products he was using. The price was fair and I am pleased with the service received. The company honored the Groupon deal and Randy didn't press me to sign up for repeat applications. I appreciated this.

Davis was very kind and courteous and very helpful. Service was easier than i thought it was going to be which was great.

The technician, Eric, showed up within the two hour window that was given. Without me even asking, he slipped booties over his shoes to protect my home. Eric was thorough and professional, spraying all areas of the house I requested, and answering the questions I had. He then did a thorough treatment to the outside of the house.

Eric Burgin did **great**. We had seen a single wasp inside the house the night before in a totally unreachable location, unless you had a 20' ladder ... we called to have that one wasp taken care of, and then to have the nest knocked out at the same time. Eric couldn't find the one in the house, but then again between when we called and Eric was able to arrive, we didn't see the wasp again either. Assumption is that it either died of its own accord, or went off somewhere else. In any event, the wasp is gone, the nest is gone, and Eric did us good! Bulwark Pest Control gets a definite grade A across the board. Glad we found them.

This company always sends someone in a timely manner. The last 3 times I've had Eric Burgin who is always very polite and sprays for what I ask for.

Great. They are always, on time and super polite. Recently I had a small issue. I contacted them on Friday night in an after hours chat about some ants. They had someone at my house on Saturday afternoon inside and taking care of it. His name was Devin Brooksby and he did a great job. But all my techs have been helpful. I had a wasp once in my kitchen and one went into the attic and up on a ladder to check possible ways it could have entered my house.

Randall has been our friendly pest technician for several years. He is always thorough, informative, effective and professional. If we ever have pest control issues, Bulwark is accommodating and gets the job done well. Thank you Randall!

We hired Bulwark Exterminating when we moved to this area 4 years ago. Our daughter recommended them to us. We have been very happy with their work. Eric Burgin is our tech, and he always does a good job for us. He is personable, professional and thorough. He always goes "the extra mile" when he comes to our house. When he is through spraying outside and in, he takes a long brush and gets bugs and cobwebs off the front of the house around the door. We pay $35 per month. We couldn't be happier with this service.

I would highly recommend this service. The Technician, Devin Brooksby, was very efficient. He even took his shoes off, when entering the house! Excellent Work!

The work was thoroughly done, both inside and outside were treated and even our crawl space got treated.

The technicians returned for a follow up because the first treatment happened on a rainy day. After the second treatment, things were better for awhile.

Our tech, Orlando, is always one-time, interested in knowing if we are having any pest issues and if so, handles problems with a smile.
