Bulwark Exterminating

Bulwark exterminating LLC is awesome. Today Kevin Graham treated my home, and it was a pleasure to meet him. Like all Bulwark employees, Kevin introduced himself and explained today’s treatment. Being a people person, like Kevin, we also enjoyed a great converstion. I think Kevin is one of the most interesting people I’ve met. It’s reassuring to have someone that literally has a small farm, or zoo depending on how you view things, explain the safety of the treatment plan, because We too have fur kids and real kids too:-). Bulwark was recommneded to me by a friend and I’ve used them for over a yeat since relocating to NC at homes in Apex and Holly Springs, and have always been satisfied with their service. For example, the home in Apex I rented, while only 1 year old, was not well cared for and had multiple infestations. Bulwark was able to rid the house of these peats, often repeating treatments the first few months, at no additional cost!

After being unhappy with another pest control company we went back to Bulwark. Orlando was very friendly and professional.

GREAT !! I spoke with the agent on the phone and told her of my concerns i.e. calling ahead so we could have our gate open and walk our dogs before hand, the amount of spiders around the building, asked for treatment around our garage. Chris was fantastic. He called just I had asked and spoke with me outside so I could explain what we needed. He asked about the dogs and said he'd wait if they needed to go out first. He explained the treatment and was extremely pleasant and professional. He did a great job. We're extremely satisfied.

Eric Burgin called to let us know he would be arriving within 1/2 hour. He arrived on time and did the work in a professional manner. We have used Bulwark since we moved here in 2003. We are always pleased with their professionalism and courteousness when servicing your home. We would not use another company. We love Bulwark Exterminating!

I think it went quite well. To be fair, I'll need to give it a couple of days to make sure the treatment took, but the technician (Christopher Robidoux) told us exactly what he was going to do, before he did it, reiterated it afterwards, told us how long it would take to kick in, and suggested that we prune our backyard bushes as them being overgrown and touching the house may have been a reason for the sugar ants to come into our home. When I contacted them, initially, they were super helpful and friendly. We found a time that worked out for everyone. They were at the very beginning of their service window and were in and out very quickly. I doubt there is anything more I could have asked from this appointment.

Although I was not home when work was performed, I know Orlando Council did a great job. I am not having any problems.

Eric Burgin has provided this service on several occasions. He is always on time, extremely polite and thorough. Whatever actual treatment chemicals Bulwark uses, they are very effective and I rarely have any problem.

I have been using Bulwark Exterminating since 2009 and I have no intention of discontinuing the service. I used them in two towns in two counties. They are on time every time and the price is fair. The techs are professional and friendly. The two techs that have serviced my home are Daryle Gee, at my old home and currently Christopher Brown. Highly recommend them.

I have had monthly service with Bulwark since I discovered a serious German cockroach problem in my kitchen that seemed to start when I got a new range. It improved steadily but Paul has really made a difference since he attacked the area behind my refrigerator which had really not been treated much previously. Now with his help I think I rarely see a bug. Thanks Paul!

He arrived on time, sprayed inside and around the perimeter of the house. We asked him not to treat the rest of the yard because we don’t want to eliminate all the insects. He left a list of the chemicals he used.

Chris Jones always goes above and beyond. I’ve had tech’s in the past that just didn’t bother to check my crawl space, therefore the mice kept coming back. Chris always check to make sure the bait traps are full. He is always friendly, courteous, and through in all he does. If your company gives bonuses for work well done, Chris Brown has my vote! I hope he remains my service tech, he is the best!!!

Eric Burgin is our regularly-scheduled technician. He always is very professional, and he always does a complete and thorough job. An extra service that this company performs (that I have never seen any other pest control company do) is to use a brush to remove cobwebs and debris from the outside walls of the house, including the second floor. Eric does an excellent job of this step. Also, any extra service that is required (such as ant and pest control inside the house) is done completely. The best pest control company we've ever used!
